The perfect location to all of Palermo, and you get the vibe of being a local, while enjoying this boutique hotel and its' exceptional breakfast and outdoor balcony with exceptional view. The staff are very welcoming and supportive and gave wonderfully helpful directions and suggestions. You are steps aways from the live market, Entertianment, transportation. Just be ready to carry your luggage up three flights of stairs as the hotel informs you about prior.

We stayed here for a week while exploring Sicily and we were very pleased with this B&B. Very clean bedrooms, as well as the kitchen area. The rooms were big and comfortable with modern showers. The host was very friendly and made us a breakfast every morning. We had a great view from our bedroom and the Terrazza gives a nice overview over the city. The only things where I think is space for improvement is to tone it down a bit with the air freshener and maybe to get a bit more variety in the breakfast. Other than that no negatives, I would recommend this, and especially for that price.
