Beautiful apartment, immaculately clean. Well equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two balconies. Great communication with host. Quirky little lift. Lively neighborhood, close to trams, metro, buses. Good selection of cafes, restaurants, pizzerias within walking distance.

Zona tranquilla, appartamento con tutti i confort.
Vicino alla struttura ci sono supermercati, panifici, ferramenta e un negozio cinese munito di tutto.
Parcheggio facile da trovare sia su strisce bianche che blu. Lo consiglio!

Man was nice but couldn't speak English. So it was hard to communicate. We had to buy toilet paper because the room had 1. There was no dish soap, so I couldn't wash my dishes. Room was very tiny but cute. Close to small shops. The bathroom was my favorite.

Comparing with other hotels is Water Cold, it should be cleaner.
The view from the window on the wall with air conditioning that roars like an old 24h tractor.

Clim HS terrible heat.High lift HS. Window that overlooks bad smells so no aeration. Trash bins stored in the stairwell. On the photo site with kitchen but in reality we have just had a room with sdb.Surprise 30 € extra for cleaning. Positive clean room and nice bathroom.

A really worthwhile offer. Here it is pleasing way clearly upscale and managed with great care to understand the guest as such.

Very pleasant ambience paired with a very good location at reasonable prices.

The Ariosto Rooms are holiday homes that offer different solutions, from 2 beds up to 6 beds the total number of beds available in all the houses is 12 seats in three separate houses. The houses are furnished with good taste and are practically new as they have been completely renovated for just one year. The location of the houses is in one of the residential areas of Palermo, very well attended. The area is full of shops for shopping and all the services needed to get around the city. The tram station is 100 meters from the house and the bus stops are on Via Libertà at about 300 meters.
