Family owned. Get WhatsApp for easy communication with the number. There is a language barrier when I went there in March 2024, so, if you online book, just bring a printout to explain that so you don't have to pay twice for no reason. Very nice people with family-style breakfast. Would recommend this location for solo or couple travelers. Amazing price and location.

No WIFI, no breakfast, broken shower, located in a field with dogs barking all night and roosters crow from 5am.

Genuine disaster... doesn't deserve even one single star (its 3 stars must be 3 shooting stars)... lack of service (no genuine reception), lack of communications (no answer to emails and erroneous phone number (an extra 0) on the website), noisy, dirty with bad smell, complete lack of comfort, very poor breakfast (which opens only at 8h30 am), need to carry luggage on almost 4 sharp floors (lift unavailable)

The building is located outside the tourist area, but literally 150-200 m from it, right behind the Norman castle with the Palatine Chapel. I didn't find it on Google maps right away, I got confused in the forks in the streets. It was most convenient not to turn right immediately, but to go a little forward to the first pedestrian crossing and on the opposite side go down through the arch along the stairs, then left and after the street turns right at the pedestrian crossing go to the parallel left street to the pastry shop. In the first house in the alley on the left is Camelot. A long explanation, in fact it is very close to the castle gates. You must contact by phone the day before, inform the time of arrival, there is no permanent reception desk there. The room was very clean, fresh linen, excellent breakfasts, friendly staff, thank you

When we arrived, they did not open the door.
Did not answer my calls.
Had to find another place to stay.

As regards to parking, there is none.
Is located in a busy area.
Avoid at all costs!

Do not go there
I do not know what to say. You should not let them work with you. It’s a joke. 3 rooms? It’s not an hotel by any standards. We used to be hotel owners. It was just horrible. And they do not speak a word of English. How can they even think about work with tourists. We had to pay 45 Euros to get to a shilled room. No heating. No toilet did not work. No service at all.

Check-in was a bit flustered but got in eventually.
Room was very clean but up many stairs. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good the first day but for some reason the second day there was basically nothing. Guy running the breakfast wasn't very friendly but not a big issue.
Area was pretty dingy with trash all over the place and pretty loud. Overall not bad but likely wouldn't stay again.

Do yourself a favor and don't stay here if you are expecting dolce vita. It's shabby inside and out, even getting there from the train station was an adventure in itself. We arrived much later than originally communicated and still had to wait for the room to be prepared. Once we entered the room we didn't dare to go under the sheets yet alone use the shower. We left before even staying one night, without getting a refund (we had planned to stay 5 days). The only positive things to mention are that William is very friendly and you can text him whenever you want. Even if the response is, that you are not getting your money back. As well as the nice view from the roof.
