Coralia Bed and Breakfast in San Vito Lo Capo

The hotel staff tried to be polite and helpful, but the poor English skills caused significant communication problems. Our biggest disappointment was definitely the breakfast. The breakfasts were completely different from what was shown in the photos. There was a lack of basic fresh products such as fresh bread, cold cuts, cheese, or any vegetables. Instead, only cheap packaged bread and overly processed sweet rolls were available. The fruit was not prepared to eat or even peeled. The selection of other products like cereals or jams was also very limited. Breakfast was monotonous, exactly the same every day, and items were often not refilled.

There was also no kettle in the room, and when we asked about it, we were told to use the microwave instead. The bed linen had stains that looked not properly washed.

The photos in the offer also showed a terrace area with sun loungers available for guests, but in reality this space was not prepared during our stay.

We also experienced a lot of noise from both the staff and other guests, including loud door slamming and noisy sounds coming from the kitchen area.

Additionally, an important personal item disappeared from our room, which caused us a lot of stress. Although it was eventually returned, such a situation is unacceptable and should never happen in a hotel.

I provided my arrival time and phone number, but no one was there to let me in or provide any instructions. I had to go to the hotel across the street and ask them to call the owner… good thing they knew each other!
