We so enjoyed the peace and quiet and the most excellent care from the staff. Our room was gorgeous and immaculately clean, the pool is lovely, the location is ideal for exploring the south west of Sicily (you do need a car unless you want just to stay in the hotel) and the staff are unfailingly courteous and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. The only downside is that the evening menu doesn't change very often - perhaps some daily special dishes. Also, if you aren't keen on seafood the menu is pretty limited. We loved it though!

We experienced outstanding service from all of the staff, the breakfast buffet was lovely, lots of options and all homemade. We had a fantastic dinner in the restaurant one evening, which we booked ahead of our trip.

Your husband will have fun at the bar 😂. Staff is so nice and really hard working. Rooms are picobello! Beds are very comfy, they use sheets. It is worth the money! Great breakfast. Signora Cettina bakes every day new cakes and they are really delicious 😋. Very good ice creme, you have to try it. Dinner card is very good, prices are okay. This hotel has its own garden where they grow their own herbs, tomatoes, paprikas, pumpkins and eggplants. You will enjoy them on your plate 😍 Please try the spa area, Miss Chiara gave me a facial and it was just perfect. They also offer massages. Prices are really ok.

We spent three wonderful days at the Caiammari Luxury Hotel & Spa in Syracuse. The hotel is a charming boutique property set in a beautifully maintained park – a true green oasis of peace and relaxation. We were especially impressed by the large pool area with its whirlpool and poolbar, perfect for unwinding. The rooms are tastefully decorated, the beds very comfortable, and everything invites you to relax. Another real highlight is the breakfast buffet: varied, fresh, and prepared with great care. A special thanks goes to the manager and staff – always friendly, attentive, and warm, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The spa area also looked lovely, although we did not make use of it during our visit. If you are looking for a quiet, personal, and relaxing atmosphere, this is just the right place. Highly recommended!
