My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks in September and had a great time. The front desk was always friendly and helpful, thank you to Maurizio and Elena. Also want to give a shout out to the lovely lady, Enrica from housekeeping who kept our room super clean. The location was great, lots of parking, nice pool and wonderful beach area. As a suggestion to the morning staff, during breakfast to be more friendly and helpful to the guests but overall a great stay!

Very clean, very friendly, quiet hotel with light entertainment on an evening, 1.15h walk to the center however, they do have a bus that runs from outside every 30 mins it’s a bit confusing to use but we got the hang of it eventually (get the drop ticket app) nice pool, no crazy rush to get sunbeds, staff were lovely. Bar is reasonably priced no more than anywhere else in town, lovely restaurant across the road. STUNNING sunset views from the pool or beach

Pros: Staff is friendly and warm, the view to the beach is lovely and breakfast is varied. The hotel and room are clean.
Cons: the facility is old and not very well maintained. The shower in the room came off completely, the toilet seat was not fixed and we were left without soap in the shower. They ask for a deposit in cash for the beach towels. I’m sure they can find a more convenient way to handle that. Check in is too late and check out is too soon. Not a place I would return to nor recommend.

Clean room and bathroom, which is more important to me than furniture.
Very friendly and helpful staff, all young and keen to learn. In a region where there aren't many jobs, I was happy to see young employees. Good food and abundant portions (you can trust me, I'm Italian).
The beach is very close and simply gorgeous in October: the seagrass present indicates a unpolluted sea!
A must is the spa and a massage by very skilled staff.

The staff were amazing, the sea facing balcony was perfect. We really loved it. Right on the beach
Only the food let this place down, not good quality and £35 euros per person for a buffet was the only option.

Our stay was horrible. Food was disguisting, people working there were unhelpful and rude, the room was in the basement with ants and a single cockroach. Never going back there ever

We booked from Voyage Prive for a 5 nights stays around 150 Euros a night for a double bedroom.
The websites said it was a 4 stars hotel.
Breakfast and dinner were included. The food was really not good. We couldn’t use the first raw of the beach. The staff was really depressing. The building was old and not really renovated. The room was really small and in the old part of the building. The shower was small and terrible. The sink in the bathroom was blocked. The balcony was so tiny that not even one chair could fit. Basically it was barely the quality of a 2 stars hotel. I would not ever recommend this place.

I give 3 of 5 for everyday good cleaning, good food, fresh towels and location right on the sand beach. Very helpful and friendly staff.
However breakfast was really poor. And beach is so dirty. Nobody cares to clean it.

Very bad breakfast , not even a decent coffee for a country famous for it. Weird room placement even the ones facing the sea are placed in an strange angle. Bar is not open full time during the day. Not a 4 stars hotel. Slow Wi-Fi connection. Kind of end life cicle furniture. Noise cleaning in the morning due to bad sound proffing of the rooms. No restaurant/bars in walking distance. Actually not even in Trappani :), it's outside the city limit.

My gf and I went here where I proposed. She said yes and it was so romantic. Great sunsets and view overlooking the sea. Great deals and packages. The breakfast was awesome with unlimited champagne.
