Nice spacious room that was very clean. Manager, possibly owner was very helpful and accommodating. Would stay again. AC was great. Gave directions to local highlights so I knew my way around taking a bus as needed but walked. Not far from Erice cable car. 35 min walk to nice beach club with everything and port to Favignana was a bus ride on #30 or walk 45 min

Good budget place to just stay overnight and explore the city in a day time. Beds were very comfortable, AC working and room was well cleaned every day, also good coffee is incluuded and you can drink it in the morning on the balcony.

Family size room
I booked this room at the last second when we found we didn't have a place to stay that night. The room was large and everyone very friendly. The location was close to everything.

If you are looking for accommodation in the city, I recommend it. The rooms were cleaned every day, the host was very helpful. It's close to the Erica cable car, about a 15-minute walk, and the port is about a 40-minute walk or 10 minutes by bus.

Excellent value for money: the manager showed us what to do and what to see in the city (even where to eat). Quiet, spacious and clean rooms. Were redone every day and changed the towels (which is not obvious). Excellent location (about 1 km from the center). Easy parking in front of the house without having to pay. I advise

My partner and I stayed 5 nights this week. Absolutely satisfying experience. The owner welcomed us on the first day, also giving us some important information about the city, he provided us with a map marking the most beautiful points of Trapani, parking lots and some places to eat. He also offered to book us the mini cruise to the islands.
The room is very nice and large, the bathroom is always clean every morning and the bed is made daily (it's not for everyone).
Very quiet area but also central.
I absolutely recommend it.

His answer speaks for itself, he believes he is right by twisting the facts, but whoever reads will stay away from his dilapidated b&b, an owner of an accommodation facility who boasts of having kicked out "paying" customers, foreshadows what will all be the rest.
Having said this, let's move on to the facts, the "indisponent" attitude of which he writes, arises at the exact moment in which we are asked to pay, in addition to the room price, the 6€ tourist tax, nothing strange except that, payment by credit card is denied, therefore traceable and resulting in an invoice. According to him, they are things of a "3-star hotel and not a b&b".
To our legitimate grievances, not only was he not able to maintain a certain demeanor but he offered us a "generic" invoice which we will then receive via email (who knows).
In conclusion, I leave you this moment of glory, saying that she kicked us out, so much, both you and I know what the truth is!
I hope he reflects on what happened, and can give it food for thought.
