An unforgettable experience – highly recommended!

Yesterday, we enjoyed a wine tasting with lunch for two – and we’re still deeply impressed by this beautiful and perfectly organized experience.

Giuseppe gave us a warm welcome and impressed us with a very detailed, insightful, and engaging introduction to the soils, wine regions, and the winery itself. His passion and expertise were evident throughout.

Lunch was delicious – classic Italian cuisine, freshly prepared and served in a perfectly sufficient portion.

One special highlight was that we had the entire tasting and lunch all to ourselves – a truly personal and individual experience where we felt genuinely valued and taken care of.

A thoroughly professional and thoughtfully curated experience – we highly recommend it!

We didn’t stay at the resort but we had a wine tasting there. Flavorful wines paired with a delicious meal, all at a bargain price. The resort is picturesquely situated among hills; you can stroll through the olive grove and admire the panoramic views of the surrounding area.
all with a brief history of the vineyard and a story about the types of wines produced there. A wonderful experience full of new flavors and aromas.

Just a lovely experience all round. Food and wine excellent, breakfast was good, swimming pool great, staff friendly and helpful, room clean and massive with good facilities. Middle of nowhere but convenient for everywhere.

My husband and I arrived to Baglio Sur after landing from the states. The staff were amazing!!! We arrived to a tasting and lunch. The views while sitting outside were amazing. The food was great. That afternoon we were poolside, quiet and calm. We were taking in the space and enjoying the relaxation after a day of travel while sipping on Blanc de Blanc( our favorite). Dinner was equally great with staff who knew us. Wine was brought to us outside and our needs were met. This place is what we need. Quiet and peaceful. It was close enough to Trapani to drive in and enjoy the day. We can’t say enough about this place and would come back 100%. Highly recommend for some beautiful olive groves, vineyards and countryside peace. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Baglio Soria. The room was comfortable and nice. We also took the 5 course dinner with wine Degustation. It was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When our car broke down they arranged for a cold plate upon our arrival at 10pm. We would definitely return!

Absolutely one of the best resorts we have stayed around the world and the best of our 3 week experience throughout Italy! This small resort has a lot of heart, super generous to their guests, excellent hospitality and professionalism. I wish we stayed here way longer. We enjoyed ala cart and chef’s tasting menus, yummy seafood and pasta. Wine tasting was informative, which included a local history tutorial about the estate itself. Servers and staff were highly responsive and attentive, made us snacks for sipping wines at the terrace, made extra effort for our super early checkout. Specific shoutout to a staff person who did our wine tasting and hosted us for dinner; I believe his name was Giuseppe. He was so dedicated to his craft, remembered our requests while attending others, guided our wine tasting. He stayed till at least 12 midnight when we finished dinner, and we saw him again the next morning at breakfast!! It was a mindfulness exercise to watch him work and give us the live experience for creating the beef tartare. Thank you to the baglio! This place should be at least a 5-star hotel/resort!

We had the most wonderful experience at this hotel. Helpful wonderful staff (particularly Rosita). Beautiful pool and exquisite food with a very special view. Highly recommended!

We spent three wonderful days at this wine resort with my wife and daughter, and every detail was simply impeccable. From the refined hospitality to the exceptional wines, everything was curated with care and passion. A truly memorable experience — highly recommended.

The hotel is well located and superbly designed and elegantly decorated in a beautiful countryside, and the views are stunning. The distance from interesting sites is manageable and every drive is a nice experience. It is a place where one can enjoy genuine Sicilian setting and hospitality. The rooms are clean, spacious, well equipped, offering plenty of light. The swimming pool is large and well designed. The breakfast buffet offers a range of products of good quality.
The staff is always professional, courteous and helpful.

The bed was not comfortable; its structure was wobbly and creaking at the slightest move, and the mattress was of poor quality. This was a big disappointment in a hotel of this quality. The light in the bathroom was poor and not sufficient for shaving and make-up. The restaurant was also a disappointment. While the menu is inspiring, the servings are minimal (as examples that have been validated by other guests: a fish soup with only a couple of small fish pieces swimming in the rich broth; a very dry duck breast). Also, the radio music during dinner time seems to be out of place.
