The hotel itself is okay it's basic but it's good for the price. The lady in reception is super nice and very welcoming. The old guy with the glasses in reception is super rude unprofessional always disappointed always sad always not welcoming. Always answering questions and Italian and when I asking in English. Dude, you're working in the Hotel Reception where tourist are coming! Speak in English when people try to speak with you in English. And yes, I know we are in Italy but you're working in the hotel!
Also, he charged me for additional day the when I wanted to check out around 1 pm. This was super rude.
I hope he is not the owner of Hotel otherwise he shouldn't be there working. He's damaging the control brand and the whole image. If he's the owner then whatever.

Really around the corner of the city center. Room very clean and well equipped with air conditioner, TV and bathroom's supplies. Reception very helpful and friendly

Great location.
Great little no frills hotel in the heart of Trapani. Great location, shops and restaurants nearby. Close to the port too if you fancy a trip by hydrofoil to one of the Islands. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room very clean. Continental breakfast at an extra 5 Euros per person was adequate (Im a vegetarian. )... coffee was lovely...they had Earl Grey tea too, which was the nicest ive had. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was very comfortable and the staff and breakfast was great, but we overlooked a plaza where the bar and restaurant stayed open until 3 am. However, the real reason we rate the hotel as we do is that our room did not have a safe or a refrigerator, amenities that we have had at every hotel or B&B we have stayed in while in Sicily.

Very clean and location is perfect. Very central to everthing. Five mins walk to the beach. Close to the port. Lots of restaurants nearby. Staff are all ok. Would recommend this Hotel. In my opinion it's worth a 3 star Hotel not a 1 star Hotel.

I chose this hotel for its great location in the center of Trapani and value for money. Both were fulfilled. I reserved a room with breakfast however when I came for check in I was told that they don't offer breakfast at this time of the year (December) which I have not been notified about when I made the reservation. Not professional at all and very disappointing since I wanted a hotel with a breakfast.
The room was renovated and the bed comfortable but very noisy until late at night because there is couple of bars with loud music nearby. I was allowed to keep my luggage after check out.

Macotta, a nice hotel in the middle of Trapani's historical centre. With nice beds and OK bathroom the room gets a pass but by almost nothing as the TV was not calibrated (on Super! it asked me to rescan the channels) that was strange. I didn't have the possibility to try the breakfast as the hours were too tight for me. The Wi-Fi didn't work which if I would have known I wouldn't have come at all. Staff were OK.
