Alla Rosa Hotel is a perfect choice in the heart of Canazei. The rooms are nice and clean, warm and with a beautiful view over the mountains. Great location in the mountains in San Martino di Castrozza. After a day of skiing welcomed with a 5 minute drive from the ski lifts to the hotel. Check in was fast and we chose our dinner for the night. After that we booked a spa time slot and it was very amazing and relaxing. The dinner was busy so I knew it was good. The rooms are cozy and welcome even with our little frenchie we had no problems

The hotel is located very conveniently with super views of the mountains and easy access to trails and cable-cars. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They accommodated our late check-in and early departure without fuss and made our 2-day stay most enjoyable. Our room was comfortable and spotlessly clean.

Stayed here on a Leger holiday. The room (single) was comfortable and clean. Balcony was welcome with lakeside views. I found the pillow uncomfy but Id packed my own pillow so all was fine. We stayed here in January and were delighted by the Hotel and staff. Good accommodation, excellent food and very friendly staff. Second time in Canazei and first time at this Hotel. Would go back again without hesitation. Ski bus to the lift from just outside but we had a ski locker at the lift station and walked to the lift every morning in our normal shoes which was no problem.

This is the second visit to The Cristallo, my friends and I have taken a weeks skiing in both 2022 (9 of us) and 2023 (12 of us), and it is fabulous. The staff are great, friendly, and accommodating. The spa was fantastic, clean, well maintained, beautiful, and relaxing and the use of it was no charge for hotel guests. Dinner and breakfast there was well presented and delicious. The room was modern and tastefully decorated with a picturesque balcony. It is close to the hiking trail which is what made it attractive to us hiking our way from Meran to Lake Garda. The hotel is perfect for families that want to spend beautiful time relaxing, swimming, and playing between mountains of Riva Del Grada. I went to Alphotel Stocker for their fasting and hiking program, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. The surrounding setting is fantastic.
