Room with insufficient heating, cold.
Most of the staff do not know the basics of English (the Mr. receptionist was great).
The worst was the kitchen, a complete disaster !!!!
Breakfast 5/10, little choice. Dinner 2/10 no taste, food cold and undercooked.
The kitchen is not an expert but an amateur without a cook school.
In 4 days there was no change in the dirty tablecloth.
Room for ski boots without heating and shoe holders.
Wet shoes every morning.
To this hotel never again !!!!!
