A very pet-friendly, family hotel with beautiful views and quiet relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast is prepared by the owners from local ingredients, the pool is warm and surrounded by olive trees. A big plus is that you can take your dog to the area around the pool (not directly by the pool but beneath the trees), so you can go for a swim and don’t have to leave him/her in the room. The location is excellent if you want to go for dinner to local restaurants, 5/10 minutes by foot.

The owners, who operate the place are charming.
Beautiful view, very clean rooms, and the breakfast is one of the best I've ever had. Fresh, local, self made, and tasty.
It is easy to see that the place and the guests are very important to the owners

We spent a few truly wonderful days here with my wife and our dog. Everything is clean, the rooms are of a high standard, well designed, and the food is delicious! The hosts are perfect – you never feel like they’re hovering, yet they’re always available for a chat or to offer helpful advice when needed. The olive garden is beautifully maintained and well cared for, making it a perfect place to relax outdoors and admire the surrounding mountains.
P.S. The local olive oil is definitely worth stocking up on! 😉

We needed a quiet, comfortable accomodation with good proximity to both Arco and Riva with easy parking and we found it at O-live. What a beautiful, spacious property surrounded by olives and tranquility. The room was superb, the bathroom spacious and with a wonderful shower. We loved our stay here and wished we could have stayed longer. The breakfast was fabulous, served with kindness and love and the owners really know how to make one feel welcome and at home. Guests are offered coffee, tea, cakes, water on tap and an honesty bar to help themselves to in the afternoon. A generous and thoughtful touch. There is also a bar fridge in the room. We will be back as this will be our go-to home in Riva/Arco on future visits.

A wonderful Tuscan style villa recently completed set in its own Olive orchard with outside terrace and swimming pool. Beautifully Italian styled rooms each one with a different theme. Francesca cooks you a wonderful breakfast and Rino is onsite and will sell you his own Olive oil. Wonderful place to stay highly recommended.

Would highly recommend. Spotlessly clean. Delicious breakfast cooked by Francesca with huge variety and so fresh, it was one of the highlights of the holiday. The owners were really friendly and had lots of advice on places to visit. My daughter loved the super friendly golden retrievers. Views were beautiful and pool was fantastic. There was Lovely couple of restaurants within walking distance. We definitely will be back!

This resort is perfect in every way. The location is stunningly beautiful and peaceful, with views of olive groves and the mountains from every vantage point. The rooms are unusually spacious, well-equipped and comfortable. There are endless outdoor tables and chairs for eating, drinking or simply enjoying the views. The breakfast is delicious. The proprietors are wonderfully accommodating. There are thoughtful touches everywhere, fro coffee and snacks to children's activities. And the whole place is terrifically accessible – not something I take for granted in Italy. We will surely be back.

The place is really nice, everything looks new. We had a really big apartment completely equipped. Breakfast was perfect! Freshly baked bread and pastries. You could also get a plate of freshly cut cheese and cold meat. One of us had a gluten free diet and they also had freshly baked options, just perfect!
In the afternoon they left some sweet snacks for all guests. They really took care of all details.
There are restaurants at 2-5min walking distance from the property.
Many things to do and enjoy walking,by bike or taking short car trips (Riva del Garda, Arco, Torbole, Lago di Tenno, etc).

Beautiful, clean and relaxing place. The property is surrounded by olive (and some other) trees.The room was big and clean. Francesca the host was super nice and friendly. She bakes bread, cakes, and some other good staff for breakfast, which was really good. Just 3 minutes drive from Riva del Garda.
