We stayed at Residence Filanda for two nights. It has a nice courtyard with a big pool, beautiful landscape gazing at the mountains in the northern part of the lake. Parking in the coutyard. The apartment was spacious and clean. The host is so nice.

We have been coming here since they started fifty years ago. The host are very friendly. Very kid and dog friendly. Excellent starting point for walking and biking around lake Garda

My parents had a fantastic time here, I’m really glad I brought them for an escape of the city life. We stayed at the villa with the private pool, which was perfect for a group of three (or more) of us. They both work really hard and I am glad they had such a relaxing time here. Given the residence is surrounded by much vegetation, my dad grew up in a farm so it was beautiful to see him admiring the different types of fruit and vegetables being grown nearby (attached are some photos I took). Furthermore, the availability of a washing machine at the accommodation was so necessary especially in the hot weather! The restaurants nearby were phenomenal, all walkable distance and thus, easily accessible. My parents’ favorite was Alla Grotta Ristorante which had the best beef tartare.

Nadia was so lovely and so incredibly accommodating to us, we see how this is truly a family-run passionate business as she’s so hardworking. Will definitely come again! 🥰🥰🥰

One of the best place to stay on the Lake Garda! Whole family are very helpful and pleasant! Beautiful pool, residence is surrounded by wine yards and mountains. Very good equipped rooms, lots of attraction for kids!

Everything was great, fam Azzolini was super nice and helpful. it was pleasure to stay in their apartment, location is super. I was also very pleased that there were kitchen items like sponge, washing liquid, dishwasher tablettes and so.
definitely recommend and hopefully will stay again!

We loved our time at the Residence, even if it was just a few days. We stayed at the Garden Villa, a great apartment slightly set apart from the rest of the rooms (great for us traveling with a baby), and with the added bonus of a sizeable private terrace and a jacuzzi! Both the apartment and the shared facilities were new or very well kept, spotless clean and of good quality. Our daughter spent most of the time moving from the small but exciting water park and the swimming pool. Nadia and the staff were kind and helpful before, during and after our stay (we got back in touch for some paperwork we needed). All in all a great place for a family holiday, highly recommended!
