Trentino-Alto Adige/Sudtirol, Cavalese, Via Giovanelli, 5 🧭 Map
We stayed three night to participate in the Marcialonga event. The hotel was excellent with clean rooms, great breakfast and a nice spa in the basement. We had a rental car and were provided with garage parking not far from the hotel. We had two dinners which were very nice, one which had live music that added to the atmosphere. However what stood out was the friendliness and helpfulness of the hotel...
Staff as well as management are highly motivated and operations are excellent 👍
We stayed at Orso Grigio for 9 nights. It's a wonderful family owned and run 4 star hotel. The rooms are modern, clean and extremely quiet. The hotel is located in the heart of the town, so everything is within walkable distance (souvenir shops, pharmacy). The hotel also has a well appointed spa/wellness area. I would also recommend taking the breakfast option as the buffet is delicious and has all...
Nice room, very good breakfast!
We had a fantastic breakfast here one morning before skiing. Excellent selection with buffet and hot dishes to choose from. Friendly and welcoming team. Would highly recommend.
Adorable, charming, and incredible staff. I'm an American who visited here 30 years ago. I can't wait to return and take in the magnificent beauty of the region. The dolomites are spectacular. Highly recommend this gem of a hotel to anyone wanting true Northern Italian hospitality and warmth.

This is our second stay at Hotel Christof, and it definitely lived up to our previous visit. The staff are friendly and helpful and the room was kept spotless by housekeeping.
We took the half board option and didn’t regret it, the salad bar was excellent and the main meals were well prepared and tasty, my husband was very happy with his meat options. The hotel is situated in a small village which...
This is a fantastic and luxurious hotel. We spend two nights on our way home from a beach holiday by the Adriatic Sea -Italy. It is all top luxury, but let me highlight the dinner in the restaurant, which is always a five-course menu (different from day to day). One of the days it was even an 8-course menu. The staff was always service-minded and friendly. A special thank you to Heiner, who got us...
My family and I have just returned from a lovely relaxing few days here. The hotel is a real treat - it’s calm, super clean and has the most amazing views. The staff at the hotel are friendly and professional. The food was delicious - as was the cocktails and wine list!
Friendly staff, everything was spotless. We had the Braeburn suite and it had a lovely view of the valley and mountains. The room had a sauna which my husband really enjoyed. The hotel communal areas had a very pleasant scent of lemons. We took the half board option and the food was plentiful and tasty. We would definitely stay here
again when we come back at Christmas. The surrounding area was vineyards...
This hotel is faultless. It is my second visit to this beautiful part of the world with my son. The property has everything. The staff are excellent - everything is catered for and nothing is too much trouble. The location is on the edge of a charming village with beautiful walking and cycling trails. The SPA is amazing with a sauna that has an amazing window on the world. Breakfast is excellent...
Everything is just right. Wonderful food, top quality produce imaginatively cooked, friendly efficient staff who are very customer focused. Gorgeous surroundings - a terrace and restaurant in the open air with mountain views. Rooms are spacious and very clean as is the spa and swimming pool. Can't wait to go back.

Very good gluten free service. I appreciate diversity of meals and workers attitude to my food issues. Recommend!
solid food, rooms are quite ok, position near ski lift is the biggest advantage. Too many annoying kids
+ Luxury restaurant, great meals
+ Daily cleaned rooms
+ Great location nearby the ski lift
+ Little kids for free, but without real bed (folding armchair into bunk instead beds for kids)
- Bunk bed without effective falling protection, I woke up by every movement of kids to check whether they fall down
- No entry and none elevator from parking, just from garage
- Some strange box on the wall ticks...
Very good place and nice fondo!!
Good stuff, breakfast and dinners, but room was really small.
Very pleasant experience for families with kids.

Faultless- loved our stay at the Grief from the moment we arrived. Huge room with massive comfy bed, bath, shower, balcony, fridge, loads of room. Spotless and cleaned daily. Amazing spa and pool, with outside spa pool - great looking up at the piste at dusk. Massages available, as well as full spa menu. The food was out of this world- with ample (read too much) choices for dinner and breakfast. The...
Friendly hotel. We had a lovely, large and peaceful room with a great view. Housekeeping was fantastic and rooms were spotless. Beautiful indoor pool with a nice outdoor area too. Shuttle bus to lifts was very efficient even at peak times. Hotel staff are helpful.
The best ski hotel I have ever been to, great common spaces, spacious rooms, beautiful pool and Spa, restaurant delicious with a great selection. Staff professional and courteous. The only thing missing that would of made it a dream stay for me is a small gym, with weights and a few benches. Unfortunately the hotel does not have.
The Greif Hotel was a great place to stay for a ski trip in the Dolomites. Stayed here on a one week ski trip with six adults and two children. Rooms (superior) were comfortable and a good size, food was outstanding (in both quality and quantity) with huge choice of options at both breakfast and dinner. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The spa area was superb with a large warm pool and...
A beautiful hotel in Corvara with easy access to the ski lifts and regular shuttle bus service. Staff at the hotel were amazing. Very helpful and thoughtful to make our stay very special over the Christmas holidays. Thank you so much.
I've never written a negative hotel review on TripAdvisor or any other site but I can't stay silent about the expensive Greif Hotel, which is poor value for money. It is part of the TH Group and I suspect the group is trying to maximise profits by cutting costs to the detriment of quality. We booked as part of a package through Crystal Ski Holidays, and I estimate that a three star hotel for perhaps...

Ok 3* - definitely not a 4*.
Common areas are very nice but rooms are quite basic (no kettle, no extra pillows) - pool/spa is accessible only by paying an additional €20pp for 3h and the breakfast is quite average.
Easy access to Trento by bus and very quiet,” area close to nature.
Very nice hotel for a good price. Stayed only for one night, but it was easily the best one from our trip. :)
Fantastic
This was a very unexpected jewel on our journey through Italy. Highly recommended. Don't miss the dinner.
Warm cottage at 20 minutes from Trento. Cozy and with a very nice spa. We didn't stay long so can't tell about the menu but the restaurant looked very nice (if the same used for breakfast).
We absolutely loved our stay as a couple with my wife. The rooms are spacious and good looking, with walk-in wardrobe. Lot of wood makes a warm feeling. Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were very delicous and well presented, the service was also excellent. Nice wellnes centre was also a big plus, I have never seen a pool with such a hot water in any hotel! The only negative of our stay was the...

We stayed in the Junior Suite Solarium. The hotel has very modern amenities. Our room was spacious, with a lovely large terrace with loungers, seating, and a hanging chair. This place is exquisite! I can assure if you are looking for authentic experience and feel like member of the family- this is a place. The staff is super helpful, hotel itself is unique and the breakfast is one of the best I’ve ever had.
Great traditional restaurant with beautiful ‘conservatory’ dining area. Tucked away in a back street but well worth seeking out. Family owned, very friendly but professional service. Delicious menu of beautifully presented dishes using local ingredients and large choice of local wines with good advice on choosing. Simple things made perfect, not least by their own olive oil. We stumbled across this hidden gem by accident. One of the best meals we have had in a very very long time. Lovely ambiance and great food. The staff were fantastic, their passion and knowledge was very clear and we could really appreciate it. Excellent Red wines by the glass, served by a great barman. Hope we can come back

We had a really enjoyable stay at Hotel Canada in Pinzolo, Italy. Our room had recently been refurbished, which made a big difference—it felt fresh, modern, and very comfortable throughout our stay. Great hotel in the heart of Pinzolo. Close walk to the town centre and to the ski lift or bus service to the other ski areas
Great location with a very comfortable atmosphere - cleanliness is a priority with bed linen changed frequently - food is excellent - vast selection of antipasti buffet, starter, main course (could be more generous but tasty nevertheless) and desert. this coupled with excellent service make evening dinner very pleasant. Great location- good breakfast- clean rooms- fresh bed linen - excellent dinner service however mains could be improved but quality is very good- Lady owner could be more pleasant.

Great hotel and very nice and service minded staff in reception and in the restaurant beside they had cooperation with. The wrong breakfast room we was in the two first days was not nice from the waiter.
I have just returned after spending a week here with a group of friends. The hotel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere every time you enter and the staff were all helpful and very friendly. Just back from a ski holiday here with Crystal. The hotel lived up to our initial expectations from the grand exterior, the interesting and grand public rooms and our bedrooms. Very best expérience on fébuary !
The hotel was right next to the chair lift and a couple blocks from the center of Andalo. The hotel staff was helpful. A highlight was the employee that led hikes every morning at 9:45. If you come for skiing, this hotel is probably at the best spot in Andalo. Managed by a family, hospitality is top priority, and as a guest it is a pleasure to return. Excellent staff, room upgrade, clean and comfortable. Loved this hotel and would return. Walking distance from train station and Christmas market. Safe.
Excellent location! The hotel is located in the heart of Bolzano, within walking distance of Bolzano train station, and surrounded by restaurants and cafes. The rooms are clean and tidy, the staff are friendly and attentive, and the value for money is outstanding!
I'll start with the positives. The property was adorable on the outside, providing a wonderful area to sit down outside. It was also very conveniently located. Where things were a bit inconvenient: the parking is very narrow and not a great option if you arrive with a larger vehicle. The staff were not very detail oriented - they didn't offer any information (I have to ask a dozen questions in order...
The room itself was very small (I stayed in the smallest type of room) but serviceable. No desk, closet or wardrobe to speak of, but there were a few hangers to hang some clothes. Great place with extremely pleasant staff. Situated on the best location in the village. Great spa and a very pleasant dinner setup. If I am to return to Passo del Tonnale I will definitely stay at this place.
