We stayed in Arco Smart Hotel for 4 nights. It started with the check-in, create explain and information. The rooms were clean en confortable, the staff was very friendly and helpfull, the food was good. So we can recommend this hotel and we will come back again to this hotel.

We were on a Shearings holiday and this hotel was the tour's base hotel. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, spotless and well maintained. The restaurant offered real variety in its food being offered and was excellent in quality. Being a coeliac, my diet was well supported. All in all a,great experience.

We stayed in this hotel for a week with a 4 year old child and little dog. We had a great time. Cozy and clean lake view room. Light and excellent cuisine. Availability to adapt the menu to the child's needs. Friendly staff. We will definitely be back.

A nice hotel near the center of Meran. The staff was friendly and kind, the breakfast was great, they offered many things. The room had an air conditioning, was quiet and clean. Only the bathroom was a bit old and did not fit to the rest of the hotel and to the photos online. And parking is not included in the price, but you can find a spot nearby.

Wow this is probably going to be our new hotel to stay at in when visiting the lake. The hotel is located at the perfect location. It is close to a coop and walking distance to several bike shops and restaurants. You can also easily walk to the beach.

Fabulous hotel and probably one of our favorites on our trip. The view, the rooms, the pool....all 5 star. The food..this is what will bring us back..outstanding!! Great hotel, good facilities, friendly staff. BUT. i've had 3 straight nights of interrupted sleep due to what appears to be unsupervised children in neighbouring rooms. My hoilday is affected, unrelaxing and tiring as a direct result. Management while polite have been inaffective to date im sorry to say.

Easy location next to train station. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was available at 5:30 am. Staff at desk was friendly and efficient. The man in the morning was kind of crabby though. Recommend staying there, especially if you have an early train to catch.

This is our fifth time at the caravan park hotel, and each time is a better experience. Besides the usual great spa, we enjoyed the treatment area with a sports massage and a facial, which were really good. Very nice and comfortable bungalow, during the week the spa area is with little people, so it was perfect, not so during week-ends. The restaurant was very pricey for the service. Super experience! Most likely the best camp we have ever been to, but it is a bit too expensive. All the facilities are top-level—super clean and easily accessible. The only thing that unpleasantly surprised me was the extra bill for electricity, which was higher than my monthly electricity bill for a two-household home back home. ☹

Wow! This place is amazing. Gorgeous setting in the Dolomites. The spa contains a bunch of saunas- all different temperatures, humidities and “ themes”. If you’re into sauna bathing, that is the BEST! Staff is excellent.

Ok but not exceptional. I enjoyed the location, away from crowded touristy areas. We stayed two nights. Breakfast was nice, but the room smelled like sewer and air conditioning kept turning off once the front desk left for the day (after 21.30).

We were satisfied with the hotel. It is nice reconstructed, rooms are clean and modern, provide good breakfast and the hotel stuff is very pleased to help in any situation. Parking is maybe 7 minutes walking, but with luggage you can go directly to hotel for few minutes. To get full 5 stars I would change few things: breakfast are everyday the same, without changes, rooms do not have any fridge, would...

We all were really very satisfied with everythink. Thank you very much to the entire staff!!! Only one little note, we love the slow quiet music in the restaurant and in the bar. We had the impression, that the playlist was every day very similar.

I only wish they had parking but o found close Free parking lots. Great staff. All English speakers and so kind.

Everything was perfect and we really enjoyed the food and nice room which we got. We have a baby and we very appreciate the approach. Service was also very helpful and kind. Room was big enough and balcony was great bonus. 😊thank you for everything.
