Stayed here on a Crystal package holiday at the beginning of March. The hotel is a bit out of town, but the free shuttle bus got us to and from the ski lift in less than 5 minutes, so wasn't a problem. One of the issues with staying in Trento is that very few hotels have parking. Thee are basically 3 good options, and Hi Notel seems to be the best. Access is pretty easy in a city were driving around can be a challenge. There is ample parking in site. Beautiful hotel in lovely location. Unfortunately I arrived too late and left too early to take advantage of the spa and wonderful swimming pool. But I will return to do so at a later date. Very welcome break from a long drive through the small mountain roads.

Lovely hotel, with small and well presented rooms, and friendly staff. Excellent placement from a 'ski in' perspective, but it is not really 'ski out' in the truest sense as you have to take your skis off after 50 yards and walk over the bridge to get the first lift up.

Great location in the mountains in San Martino di Castrozza. After a day of skiing welcomed with a 5 minute drive from the ski lifts to the hotel. Check in was fast and we chose our dinner for the night. After that we booked a spa time slot and it was very amazing and relaxing. The dinner was busy so I knew it was good. great amenities, great pool, fantastic breakfast (hot and cold buffet, 8+ types of bread, fresh fruits etc, i'm sure many 5 star hotels don't have the breakfast that this hotel offers.

The wide variety at breakfast is one of the features that really distinguishes this hotel from the others I’ve stayed at. The staff’s service was outstanding—always smiling, attentive, and ready to help with anything from coffee orders to clearing plates. Such thoughtful service is usually reserved for dinner, but having it at breakfast made the whole experience feel special.

Nice friendly staff , rooms noisy - you hear when someone steps on the floor above you

We stayed for two nights. Five stars for the breakfast and the garage for our bikes. The room was noisy (trafic and room upstairs) Very little shower

Stay very pleasant. Unfortunately, I found myself in the season when parents came with children who made noise, but it was not very annoying. Food good, hotel service excellent. 3 types of saunas plus a swimming pool and jacuzzi. I recommend.

Breakfast was awesome. Our room was spacious and newly renovated. Good value for price.

Communication via email was great before the trip. Clients raved about the spa and especially the breakfast. They enjoyed their massages, although they thought the Wild thyme and Swiss pine massage is just a slight aromatic oil they said- not literally any thyme or pine. It is conveniently located to walk to town, the bus and trails. Thanks for everything!

Beautiful hotel very well located!

Simply wow... a hotel of a very high standard. We came for one night and we want to stay more, simply fun. And the staff that welcomed us was pleasant and kind.. and all the other facilities staff members were kind

The hotel is amazing! Stunning views Breakfast is great and staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. They explained all the must seing places of the region to us. We would definitely come back!
