We stayed here for 2 nights to attend a wedding in near by Bucine. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms, while basic, were very clean and modern, and large. It was nice that it comes with breakfast too. I was glad we stayed here. I felt safe and welcomed with our 1 year old baby. A short 5 min walk to the station. Thank you!

Stayed here with a student travel group during the June heatwave of 2026. AC works well. Rooms were modern and clean. Not too far from Florence. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was quite good. Coffee was good and strong. I would stay here again.

The hotel is a bit ways from the city of Florence, 20+ miles but close to the highway. Relatives to the hotel prices in Florence this was much less expensive since we had a rental car. Very clean place, nice size rooms and pretty good choices for breakfast included. The staff was very cordial and helpful and they do speak English good enough to convey the message.

As this was the 2nd time staying at this hotel we knew what the standard was, I would recement the Hotel Michelangelo for a stopover as it is well sited to the motorway going North or South with friendly and helpful staff.

Beautiful property with great service and charming rooms. If you are driving -beware ! Google maps takes you on dangerous unpaved roads with huge ruts and drop offs. Only two nights (unfortunately), in a splendid location surrounded by the greenery of olive trees, oaks, and the gentle babbling of the nearby river waterfall. The attention to detail throughout the rooms is exquisite, with abundant breakfasts offering a wide selection. A very nice place, a little difficult to reach, but Barbara's hospitality is unique and makes up for it. Wonderful stay in an old medieval city. Quiet with olive trees surrounding the city walls. Parking was easy at the large lot just outside the walls. Breakfast was varied and filling. Me & my wife had a great stay here. The place was super nice, room was spacious and clean. Check in and check out was smooth. There's parking available just 3 min walking distance. Charming host Monica was the friendliest most enthusiastic host we’ve stayed with. Everything from her greeting to the amazing breakfast was perfect. The lady who helped us check in was really nice. We got free prosecco when we arrived. The parking was really nice, there was a small parking space behind the house, a really safe place to park your car. We we're really happy when we saw the room, everything was very clean and we slept really good in the bed. In the morning it was possible to buy some coffee and a croissant.

Such a classic Tuscany location. Beautiful old Watermill turned into a hotel so it is very rustic. Cell phone service on the area is not good but WiFi seemed fine. Pools were nice but not too big and not a lot of space to accommodate all guests. Enjoyed the breakfast. Staff were helpful.

Very nice and well organized glamping. We rented a small cabin in the woods. It’s nice and cool here and the camping is amazing. There is a lot to do for the kids. Mostly families, so be ready for a lot of small children

We had the Next XL Superior Mobilhome. The equipment was very good and everything was very clean especially the two bathrooms. The location of Next XL Superior is at the edge of the camping area such that it was quite away from the swimming pool. We liked it because its was silent without noise from the pool area. The pool area itself was very good, both our kids enjoyed it very much.

We had an amazing stay at the Glamping resort. This was the best value for money. The best part for us was the animation team & the pool. We spent two days at this beautiful villa. The property is excellent, but unfortunately the details need a lot of work, like the spa...very basic and not worthy of the property. The value for money was definitely the highlight of our stay. The restaurant was very good. Two excellent dinners, excellent selection and quality of wines. I don't know if we'll return, at least for the spa.

The hotel is in a beautiful setting, the food is very good, and there's a wide range of activities (spa treatments, swimming pool, sauna, etc.). The only downside is the room, which is not up to 4-star standards: the lighting doesn't work, the bathroom is outdated, the safe is unusable, and there's a general lack of maintenance.

The good dinner was the only bright spot. Sixteen years ago, we were thrilled with the staff at this wonderful old villa. Unfortunately, only the "old" remains. We didn't feel welcome. The staff didn't even acknowledge us with a "Bongiorno" or make eye contact. No service was offered willingly. The room is in dire need of renovation.

Beautiful setting, very tidy, very convenient location (very close to the freeway but sheltered enough not to hear it). The owners are hospitable and loving. We have not tasted typical products but they are available and seem of quality.

Beautiful hotel with a lovely garden and pool. We booked a deluxe room, which was very nice. The only thing that bothered us was the small tv, you couldn’t really see from the bed. Breakfast was perfect, coffee & lactose-free milk, all good.

The staff was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and available when we had questions. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The property was also well maintained and beautiful.

Nice visit. Lovely property in a great location. Lots of space. They have a Nespresso machine (perhaps they could have provided a couple of capsules too). The pool was excellent.

Fantastic stay with wonderful host! Nara was great and we were so pleased with this wonderful Tuscan home. Well kept clean and inviting. We stayed for 7 days and used this home as base for seeing the sites in Tuscany. Close to Siena and Florence. Thanks Nara for the wonderful memories. Hope someday to return.
