Perfect hotel for one night stopover near motorway
Was using this hotel as a stopover while driving to Sorrento from the UK. The hotel was immaculate and extremely modern and in great condition. It was very convenient for our stopover as right next to the motorway.
They person on reception while we were there was extremely helpful. On the night we stayed the hotel restaurant wasn't open but he recommended another local restaurant which he booked for us, and his recommendation was spot on.

Best in Arezzo
Great hotel and awesome spa. The staff was super helpful. They helped with booking our taxis and tolerated our attempts at Italian. The room was clean and comfortable.

Good stay
Wanted a coffee in the morning and the staff were very accommodating. I’m only disappointment was the air-conditioner wasn’t working in my daughter had to get a fan from the front desk because it was quite hot in our room.

Staff very pleased nice clean rooms towels changed each day bit out of the way from anywhere good food different selection each day breakfast was good all you needed to keep you going for the day would recommend for a short stay over if you on you way somewhere

Lovely cosy rooms, good ventilation, comfortable bathrooms, hot water in bathroom, good breakfast and dinner. Kind hostess in the reception. Hot water filter available. Had a comfortable 2 night stay here. Very nice property. Spacious and good, clean. Just the lady who serves breakfast should be kind and wait upon guests and not rush to empty the breakfast counter before time. She's always in a hurry to Empty the breakfast area and rush out. Please wait till the appropriate time of 10 am. On the second morning we reached the breakfast hall at 9.05 am and everything was cleared. It was shocking but there was nothing to eat. After being told she brought some bread slices and cheese and butter n that's it. Not a good impact if u want huge tone groups to stay in your hotel. Please respect the people or there are other other hotels too. That was a put off!!

Although the hotel is shown in Arezzo, it isn’t! About 10km outside. €20 taxi ride away. First rom we had was small with a charming view over the car park. Soon sorted. Suite 202. Recommend. Huge and lovely views over the garden and Tuscan hills beyond. Staff really helpful! Good ok but not spectacular.

Stayed at the hotel on 28th and 29th may 2024 in room 108. The room had mosquitoes. Complained to the receptionist who rudely said to kill the mosquitoes by hand one by one which is a very surprising answer from a 4 star hotel staff. Overall the behaviour of the staff is very rude
