Choosing Laticastelli as our wedding venue and working with Eglantina as our planner was the single best decision we made throughout our entire wedding planning journey. From the very first planning call to checkout, our experience with Laticastelli was above and beyond anything we could have ever dreamed of for our special day.

Laticastelli itself is like stepping into a storybook. The Borgo feels like your own private Tuscan village, tucked away among rolling hills and vineyards. Every corner is full of charm and history, yet the rooms are modern, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. With so many gorgeous spots to host events, we were able to use different parts of the property for each celebration, and every event felt unique and magical.

Now for the best part: Eglantina didn’t just plan our wedding—she truly became part of our family. From start to finish, she guided us through every stage of the process with warmth, patience, and an energy that made everything feel effortless and truly enjoyable. For example, when we arrived to find a forecast calling for 100% rain on our wedding day, she immediately put us at ease with her calming, steady presence and back-up plans A through Z. Because of her careful planning, we were able to fully let go, relax, and be present with our guests, knowing she was advocating for us and handling every detail or issue discreetly behind the scenes.

What made Egli so wonderful, though, was how deeply she cared about us as a couple. She, her team, and all the vendors she recommended went above and beyond to make our wedding spectacular, adding thoughtful touches that made the experience uniquely ours. Egli's passion, dedication, and genuine love for us and her work shone through in every detail across every event.

Looking back, Laticastelli gave us the perfect backdrop, but it was Eglantina who made it the best week of our lives. We had our wedding at Laticastelli in May 2025 and it was perfect from start to finish. From the very beginning, the experience was everything we could have hoped for. The booking process and frequent planning calls with Egli and Anisa made everything feel completely stress-free and enjoyable.
Even though we weren’t able to visit the venue before the wedding weekend, it exceeded all expectations - better than photos or reviews could capture. The borgo, grounds, and pool are absolutely stunning, and the food was incredible. Many of our guests said it was some of the best they had during their time in Italy. We had all of our 70+ guests stay on-site making the three days so fun and memorable. Most importantly, Egli, Anisa, and the rest of the staff were kind, helpful, and genuinely fun. They created such a warm and relaxing atmosphere that made the entire experience unforgettable. We cannot recommend Laticastelli enough!

We recently had the pleasure of photographing a wedding at Borgo Laticastelli, and it was an unforgettable experience. The staff went above and beyond, truly a 10/10! The food was absolutely amazing, and the views? Simply breathtaking. Every corner of the venue is picture-perfect. Most importantly, our clients were over the moon with how everything turned out. Highly recommend this gem for anyone considering a destination wedding in Tuscany!

The most incredible weekend of my life!! I just visited Laticastelli for my sisters wedding and could not have asked for a better experience. The stunning property and delicious food are enough to give a beaming review, but it is the dedicated staff that truly makes this place what it is. Nicoletta was so welcoming, helpful, and sweet upon arrival and continued to be so throughout our stay. This place is a well-oiled machine and I’m still in awe of all that was done to make this the most magical weekend for our friends and family. Incredible 10/10!!!!

We had our marriage proposal here. Everything was prepared and executed perfectly. The place is so beautiful and magical. There is no better example of a romantic estate with nice Tuscan scenery. Our host Eglantina was also very nice and made the whole experience even better. The 4 course diner we had was delicious and they made some special dishes for us. The waiter was also super friendly. Highly recommend this!

We are destination wedding photographers and came to shoot a wedding at another venue. This place was perfect for a wedding! We hope we can come back and shoot one here!

The hotel is an medieval village that they turned into a hotel. Our room was at the top of the village by the garden. The room was large, quiet and comfortable. Everything is incrediblely beautiful. I would definitely recommend it!

I was underwhelmed by the hotel, specially considering what the website promises. Not the installations though, those were great. Comfortable room, good shower and overall a very beautiful place.
The service, however, under delivered. We were contacted by staff on the eve of our arrival (at 22h might I add) and we informed that we would be arriving at around 14h, which we did. Upon arrival it was disclosed to us that the restaurant was closed, and that there was nothing available to eat, except for a few sandwiches. The charcuterie table that is mentioned on the website that could be ordered at anytime is non existent.
At the pool, there is a self-service bar. However the draft beer was warm, and the wine, well, we couldn’t taste the wine because there was no corkscrew. Not to mention the fact that we would be drinking it out of plastic cups.
On the positive side, the restaurant was very nice. Good food and wine pairing.
Overall it was a good stay, but expected more.
