This I used for work. My room had a shower that was a bit cramped, the hotel could do with a refurb. Breakfast is itian continental.

It was a late night at 10:30pm , June 21 2024.I have trouble ordered foods through my cellphone. And , I went to front desk to ask for help. The front desk girl, a pretty young tall skinny lady with pony tail decided to helped me to ordered food by using her App on her cellphone , even though she will leave works in few minute. I truly appreciated her kindness and professionality. This experience will create even more great memories to me & my family as first-time visitors to Italy . Also, in the future , this might be one of the reason to visit Italy again and stay at the same hotel when i visit the same area again. Thank you again!!

They have a great customer service 5/5.
No special location but great free parking lot.
The worst part of staying here, was that not able to control AC from our room. We had
Total 3 booked rooms from entire family who were staying for wedding party. All rooms are pre programmed and shut down during night!
On the day of wedding, the AC was off and I had miserable time getting ready! Eventually I had to go and asked, explain why I need AC in the room!
