Accepting we were a walking group the dinners were not great,signs everywhere at breakfast to stop us filling our water bottle or even taking a piece of fruit.Tinned fruit at breakfast, good selection of cakes and other stuff.Fir walkers you look forward to a good dinner but this wasn't the case at this hotel.

The staff was very helpful and nice. Safe neighborhood and quiet.

The spa hydrotherapy was a little weak and the water seemed a little dirty. Hot tub had very weak jets. The steam room was great.

Nice hotel with great facilities. Great spa with pool and saunas. Staff in the bar is bad. One gentleman try to sell us empty glasses by delivery to our room.

Pleasant stay at Grand Hotel Admiral Palace. The physical hotel is a bit dated (only sit down tub, no functional shower); but they keep it up very well. The hotel restaurant is excellent with unique menu items. Nice pool facilities.

We organised an international carrom tournament in this hotel during August occupying every room and we were really happy with the level of hospitality offered. The location is really good as it is slightly outside the modern town but walking distance to the pretty historic centre on the hill. The property is surrounded by its own private park with sweet smelling pine trees creating lots of shade...

it is a hotel that would need a refresh to the rooms, and to the common areas, which denote, alas, the passing of the years, these defects, I must say, are compensated, by the courtesy and attention to the customers of the staff, which is no small thing and not always to take for granted..

Good localisation for group. Ours rooms were not ready on time, but in reception you can find very polite and friendly Sylwia (polish speaking women). She stayed after her working hours and coordinate mess. Food was ok.

We spent 2 nights at Hote Lory for our visit to Val di Chiana and Val d'Orcia. The owners were very welcoming and gave us various suggestions of places to visit or restaurants to "try". The rooms were simple but clean and well organized. The breakfast was "top", with homemade products and a very abundant variety of both salty and sweet. I travelled solo but as part of a coach trip. Some didn’t like the hotel but I really enjoyed it. It was a bit quirky but I like that. My room was large and immaculately clean as was the shower room. This family-run agriturismo was truly the perfect place for our honeymoon in Tuscany. What a lovely and welcoming place in the middle of Tuscany. Surrounded by olive and fig trees, lavender and the beautiful sceenery. Fulvia is a perfect host who is always there for her guests. We spent two nights here with our little one and enjoyed the comfy place which almost feels like home (but fortunately you are on holiday...).

You could find plenty of equally beautiful places to stay in Tuscany. But I doubt you could find better people than Fulvia and Umberto to host you. It’s the people that make the place and this place is amazing. Plus watching the sunset over the olive trees with the breeze is absolutely magical. I like having the kitties around, too. Very clean and the bed was comfy. What more could you ask for??

A building from another era, yet efficient, functional, and above all, spotlessly clean. A family atmosphere with kindness and exquisite courtesy, something we're no longer accustomed to. The food is simple, but authentic and tasty. Breakfast is good, though not very varied. We'll definitely return.

Felt like stuck in a Wes Anderson movie , unreal time travel

The building, like the rest of Chianciano, is stuck in the 1970s and 1980s. That said, the hotel is very clean, with fairly large rooms and decent balconies. Convenient for visiting nearby places (Montepulciano and Pienza, for example). The food (since we booked full board) was decent. Prices were absolutely reasonable. Worth considering if necessary.

It's fine for a quick getaway, clean room, friendly staff, the only downside is the loud banging of doors (but that's due to rudeness). All in all, it's cheap, so it's fine! The breakfast wasn't huge, not very salty, but a lot of sweets. I enjoyed the croissants, which were very good and flaky.
