One of the worst hotel I have ever been, both for service and value for money. Our room was poorly cleaned, the bathroom was stinky, the bed uncomfortable, the service very poor and the breakfast unsatisfying. With the same money we could have gone to a nice 4stars…but we were misled by the pics on the website the show only the best bedrooms (suites or executives)

Very warm and attentive welcome, clean and comfortable hotel. The spa is definitely worth a visit! The massage offer is wide and original, and the masseuse is very good. The breakfast is delicious with homemade cakes and vegetable drinks. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

We spent 2 nights at Hote Lory for our visit to Val di Chiana and Val d'Orcia. The owners were very welcoming and gave us various suggestions of places to visit or restaurants to "try". The rooms were simple but clean and well organized. The breakfast was "top", with homemade products and a very abundant variety of both salty and sweet. The SPA is also very beautiful, I would say welcoming and comfortable.

5 minutes from the Chianciano Terme is this family-run hotel with an evident and structured hospitality experience. The room we had was clean and spacious, with an internal balcony. The breakfast was remarkable, with many home-made dishes. Reservation made directly on the hotel website which had better prices than the various search engines

Beautiful experience in this hotel with Spa in Chianciano Terme!! Everything was perfect, starting with breakfast, delicious and plentiful with lots of homemade cakes. Attention to detail by the hoteliers. Exceptional Spa! I highly recommend it also for the strategic position of Chianciano Terme for visiting other points of interest. We will return!!

Beautiful structure, impeccable cleanliness, comfortable room and a wonderful spa. Excellent breakfast rich in everything, a praise to the homemade cakes. Excellent family-run hotel, convenient for visiting many places in the surrounding area such as Val d'Orcia, a short distance from historic Chianciano, spacious, bright and well-ventilated rooms and bathrooms, very thorough cleaning in all areas which is not always so obvious! Excellent and abundant breakfast with a savory and sweet assortment with many cakes and excellent biscuits packaged by the owner, a ten out of ten for her pandarancio never eaten so good! It's a shame to have stayed only two days. When the opportunity arises again we will definitely return

Ceiling fan, view, clean
First, The owners were very sweet and the family greeted us upon arrival. They were very helpful so our 2 rooms could be close to each other. Second, the view from room 12 was beautiful. Overlooking the valley. Third, or maybe 2nd depending on the time of year, this place had a CEILING FAN! Only place I've stayed at in the last 6 weeks with a fan. The beds were not the comfiest (a bit too firm), but slept fine. The place was squeaky clean. Showers were a bit small for my husband but it was fine for me.
