Dilapidated, old, and dirty room.
No air conditioning, no latch on the door (broken).
In the bathroom, urine stains on the toilet, a broken shower head, and a very dirty shower.
I don't understand where the 4 stars are?

No hot water available, very low water pressure in the bathroom. The room is clean but the condition is very old 30years over time.

Can't say so much about the rooms because I went there for a Christmas dinner. Outside and inside the hotel had made a lot of effort to create a Christmas feeling. Friendly staff and excellent food.

Good localisation for group.
Ours rooms were not ready on time, but in reception you can find very polite and friendly Sylwia (polish speaking women). She stayed after her working hours and coordinate mess.
Food was ok.

horrible, it is not worthy of being called a hotel! we went on a trip with the school and as soon as we entered the room we noticed a layer of dust that acts as a double floor, cracked walls, the ceiling full of mold and a nauseating smell coming out of the bathroom! the room, as well as dirty, was in terrible condition: with wet furniture, already used toilet paper and hair scattered around (not ours). furthermore, while we were in the canteen, a friend of ours asked the waiter a question and he responded in an unpleasant and offensive way. I strongly advise against this hotel, there are certainly much better ones!!

I went on a trip with the school and we stayed in the hotel. As soon as we got to the room we checked the room (a room for two) and saw that there was a lot of dust. The handle was broken and it was difficult to close it. I went into the bathroom for a shower and the water holes were rusty and if you opened the tap the water came out brown. The shower was dirty with many stains and the temperature could not be adjusted. The food wasn't bad and the staff were welcoming enough. Having said this, I strongly advise against staying in this hotel.

Staff is very nice, not like Hotel Chianciano. But room are horrible. Looks like they are twin hotels but this is even more pricey. At least food is good and they treat us well. But rooms and bathroom are directly 200 years old. Maaan

We stayed for my birthday at this hotel, which I've known for several years, and I must confirm my complete satisfaction with everything: comfortable rooms, excellent food, and accessibility to everything.
