What a sweet and lovely hotel this is! The staff and owners really make you feel welcome and are attentive. The food is simple but good and the rooms lovely and fresh. If you are looking for a glitzy high end hotel this is not for you, but if you are looking for a charming simple place then you can't go wrong.

My family and I, together with another, stayed three days two nights at the end of December in this structure, we were really satisfied with the staff, always very kind and willing to satisfy our requests. The rooms are simple, clean and welcoming with a large bathroom. Breakfast abundant and varied. Parking near the hotel. Good value for money. We will definitely return.

Hotel in the center of Chianciano I had a great time we spent New Year's Eve. Comfortable and clean rooms abundant breakfast and many sweets made by them. The kindness and availability of the staff is exceptional Maddalena is a wonderful person we will definitely return here I recommend it

There was no AC, very hot and hard to sleep because we had to leave the windows open. Lots of noise and cigarette smoke from outside.

Parking was under construction. There was no backup for parking. We were asked to pay extra when the parking was included in the rates! Far from good restaurants. Room was comfortable.

Staff was really friendly. In the morning I had to get up really early and had to leave well ahead of sunrise (for Val d'Orcia sunrise photos) and they were willing to get up crazy early especially for me to make me breakfast before the standard breakfast times. I didn't let them because it would have made me feel bad to have them get up so early especially for me but the fact they intended to do so says a lot about them. I really enjoyed my stay, they were really friendly and the pictures that day turned out amazing! Thank you again for your hospitality!
