Stayed here for 2 nights during a bus tour.
+: pretty clean and spacious,
+:everything was comfortable
-: not a big variety of food for breakfast: croissants, cheese, ham, pie, bread, jam. Also coffee
-: The windows were really hard to open

The worst hotel I’ve ever been to! What is wrong with the sockets? Why do we have to go to the reception center and ask for an adapter just to use our hair dryer? And also, a terrible elevator! Like, how can it be so slow? We had to wait for like 7 minutes just for the elevator to arrive. And also it was extremely small, even 3 people couldn’t fit in here

My family and I stayed at the hotel last Saturday and had a great time. We were passing through Chianciano. The hotel has rooms suitable for families with three children because they have connecting rooms. Ours even had a direct entrance that opened onto a small patio, without having to pass through the reception. The friendliness was a strong point, and the breakfast was very rich and plentiful. The only downside, if we can say so, was the mattress on the double bed, which was a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise, we hope to return and recommend it, especially for its value.

The location is convenient and close to Chianciano’s centre. Hotel Marystella is cozy and clean, the staff is super-helpful: when I said I had a gluten intolerance, they prepared a series of gf products for me. When I notified them about my arrival (around 11 pm since I was travelling from Milan after work), they said it was alright and just managed the whole check-in swiftly in no time. When I asked for a fan, they made me find one in my room at my arrival. I highly recommend this hotel. The people who manage it are competent, friendly, and kind.
