It's fine for a quick getaway, clean room, friendly staff, the only downside is the loud banging of doors (but that's due to rudeness). All in all, it's cheap, so it's fine! The breakfast wasn't huge, not very salty, but a lot of sweets. I enjoyed the croissants, which were very good and flaky.

:-) - Helpful and kind host. The room itself was clean, renovated in the spaces, bed changed every day. Large bathroom. Rich breakfast with both sweet and savory options. Excellent value for money. I recommend it ;)

The staff is extremely kind and courteous, the room was clean and recently renovated, the value for money was excellent.
The only real problem lies in the town of Chianciano Terme, which appears to be abandoned to itself, without any type of organization on site and with the hotels and commercial activities closed and eaten by nature or in any case in the process of closing.
It's like being in Willy Smith's next film "I Am Legend":
There are no people, bars or pubs open.
I believe that the place has excellent potential but if the municipal authorities do not move to enhance it, even excellent structures such as the panorama hotel will be forced to close.
A few km from Chianciano there are smaller towns that offer 100 times more.

Very friendly staff, helpful and well organised.
Comfortable rooms, equipped with fridge and air conditioning.
Internal parking and well organized breakfast.

Good but isolate from the City's center. Good breakfast, swimming pool and large parking.

Family-friendly hotel close to the Theia swimming pools. Courteous and kind staff. Clean and welcoming room. Four of us booked the 4-bed family room (real beds, not sofa beds) and we had a great time: it was spacious and well organized with spaces.

Some INFORMATION that can be USEFUL for everyone:
Abundant breakfast. Cappuccino included in the price

Shower separate from the bathroom (especially convenient for contemporary use)
Recently renovated room
Hotel under renovation, you may find some parts not yet completed
Spacious hall with armchairs and TV

Double parking (unfortunately both inconvenient for different reasons) with many parking spaces
Access road to the structure uncomfortable and bumpy

We arrived a little worried by the reviews. The hotel is actually still under renovation and you can see the inconveniences this entails. Despite this our room was clean and new. The room was warm, thanks to the air conditioning system and additional heater. We rested very well.
Breakfast is rather minimal but complete, both sweet and savory, and has a real bar where coffee and cappuccinos are prepared.
Fair price for the period (we stayed on the night of January 1st).
The two guys who served us both from check-in and from breakfast were kind, polite and helpful.

It does what it says on the tin. Clean and comfortable, although not that easy to access. The hotel staff is kind and helpful. A reasonably priced base for a visit at the wonderful medieval towns and countryside in Siena's province.
