Truly awful! If you want to stay the night in a sweltering, fly infested , delapitated building, then come here. It’s such a terrible shame as there is so much potential, beautiful location which is ruined. I feel sorry for the horses Stains, cobwebs, flies, awful , awful, awful

The place is beautiful, but poorly managed, the structure is in a reserve, but the rooms are dilapidated. We stayed one night (arrived late we wanted to have dinner at the restaurant, they told us on the phone that reservations were not necessary, but once we arrived we found the kitchen closed due to the lack of customers, so set off with the car again, and find a place to eat!!!). The room: the faulty lock, difficulty in opening and closing with the key; creaking wooden beams and in some places completely detached from the floor; no bidet, old and worn furniture, single beds instead of a double, old and uncomfortable mattresses, as well as pillows; dirty towels, old and poorly functioning hair dryer! In the shower only a central shower head. The toilet flush does not work properly! Inside only one chair and also broken. Very small fridge with heat dispersion. At 5 am woken up by the myriad of birds nearby. The only positive note: breakfast and kindness of the cleaners.

Worst place I stayed in Italy. I wouldn't call it a Hotel, looked more like an unused building with an interesting history. It is in a very remote area with no transport facilities. One has to rely on taxi or cycles! It had bed and shower facilities, that's all. No restaurants, cafe or shops nearby. There was a very old looking broken drinks machine. Felt like the owner made no effort to make it look appealing to customers. Very disappointed.

The only thing nice is the natural park … we left to another hotel. They gave as a room near the reception, where the wifi (which is not good) works a little better, which makes everybody sit with the Phone outside our room (and not 1 or 2 people but awhole Class or Big groups 15 people) which gave no privacy at all and no conditioner Air so we needed to of course open the door for Air (very hot in the room) which means all the time that constant people outside was almost like to have Them in your room… I Think is a place to take a Class or a School and enjoy the Nature around…I wouldn’t Call it a hotel… by the Way also rest of paper and plastic under the bed, so makes me wonder about the cleaning of the room.
