Breakfast included a large wholemeal croissant with forest fruits inside. It was the freshest, lightest croissant I have had, absolutely delicious! The inside handle for the lock on my door was very loose and I wasn’t sure if it was really locked, so i pushed the bedside table in front of it overnight. There was a fair bit of road/street noise all night but it's inevitable for this city location. My room was basic but clean; staff were helpful and friendly.

Service from the front desk and breakfast was also great.
Bed is a little firm and rooms are small which I assume is just typical for Italy, especially in an older building. The shower and bathroom is really small. I'm 6ft 230lbs and it was a squeeze for me to get into the shower.

Perfect hotel in great location and very good value for money. Spotlessly clean, good bed linen and towels and good breakfast. Staff were very kind and friendly.

This hotel has an excellent location, just a short walk from the historic area around the Leaning Tower of Pisa. There’s a charming little square nearby, along with plenty of great cafés and restaurants. The bus stop right next door makes it easy to reach the central train station in about 10 minutes, perfect for exploring further afield — from Livorno to Florence and beyond. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel genuinely welcome. Our room was very clean, with comfortable beds and efficient air conditioning that kept it cool and relaxing. Breakfast was a tasty continental spread, with yogurt, muesli, cheese, cold cuts, eggs, croissants, toast, juice, and coffee — everything you need to start the day.

This hotel was nice and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location was over the road from the main square and leaning tower. Breakfast was included, not a large selection but decent to start the day. Can't fault this hotel or staff, had a lovely stay.

Our stay was for one night. It was a great location for seeing the leaning tower and handy to restaurants and shops. Helpful and friendly staff.

The location of this hotel is spot on, just across the road from the market which leads into the main square where the Duomo and Leaning Tower is. Some of the reviews say it dated, it’s not it’s traditional, it’s not a modern hotel but why would you want to visit Italy to stay in a modern hotel, authentic is what you go to see. The men on reception were so welcoming and helpful. The rooms were an ok size, the bathroom was massive for Italian standards. It was spotless! We heard no noise. We travel to Italy a lot and I work in the travel industry and will definitely be recommending this hotel.

Clean hotel with very lovely staff, we arrived early and weren’t able to check in , however they kept our bags for us and we were able to come back later and check in. Hotel is very central with a 2 minute walk away from the leaning tower. Clean rooms however they are very basic. 5 minute walk from a train station and perfect for walking.

The men on reception were lovely. Our room had a view of the tower, cathedral and baptistry - so nice to see. Basic hotel but location is perfect. A 2 minute walk from the tower. Breakfast was a little hectic with families having to wait for a table. Staff quite stressed and you're only allowed 1 "deluxe" drink each e.g. espresso, cappuccino, tea.

Right by the Pisa tower. I have always stayed in 4 or 5 star hotels and I would say this is the cleanest I have ever stayed in and it’s only 3 star. The service is great. Basic continental breakfast included in the price was nice.
