The location of the hotel is in a great place, quiet and you can see the tower in the distance which is about a 15 minute walk away! The reception area and foyer are nice and spotlessly clean. The pool area and garden are great and the staff there were very friendly and attentive! Our room was large and perfectly fine, however there were a couple of electrical sockets not working and the bathroom/ shower in particular were showing their age and not in the best condition it took ages for the water to drain which made the floor really slippery and it was badly discoloured , they could do with an update!

Hotel and service amazing!!! Beautiful surroundings the pool area was lovely. Restaurant is very reasonably priced and great pasta. Cocktails fab👌🏻The only downside to the trip was given a ground floor disability room which we never asked for ( I feel like this happens a lot these days) and therefore a bathroom that gets soaked just having a normal shower

Good hotel, one big minor was the breakfast, when it’s not even full need to wait very long for a coffee, only one machine operational. For the rest good breakfast and very helpful staff

this is such a business type-of- hotel. very much suitable for businessman/woman who wish to stay and make a conference there. + the price was a bit on the competitive side so it’s very nice tbh.

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
The first room had a shattered glass panel and a completely blocked drain — shocking for any hotel. After changing rooms, I discovered bed seams crawling with bed bugs.
I suffered at least 20 painful bites, developed severe allergic reactions.
I immediately contacted the hotel — no reply, no apology, no compensation.
It’s absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.
This hotel is a serious threat to guests' health and safety. Stay away!

The service attitude was extremely bad. Especially the night bartender (the hairless gentleman), he actually used abusive sign language to the guests. It was unbelievable and made me feel extremely insulted.
