For a 3 star hotel it’s not bad at all.
All the staff are very kind and helpful and all speak English and didn’t laugh at me while I attempted my Italian.

Location doesn’t get much better, a 5 minute walk to the Tower and a less than 5 minute walk the other way to shops and restaurants.

Breakfast is a selection of breads, fruits, pastries, meats and cheeses. Served 07:30 - 10:00. Coffees, teas and juices all available. It’s perfectly fine to get you set up for a day of walking and sightseeing.

The room was a family double and was a decent size with en suite. The room was cleaned daily with shower gels and soaps etc provided.

The only issue, the walls must be made of tracing paper, we could hear the lift pinging, people clattering up and down the stairs and other rooms with very loud people in them.

All in all the hotel was a good base for getting about.

Convenient and well located hotel, had all the amenities we needed for a one night stay and the room was clean. The price was quite high for the standard of the hotel, but this probably is down to the location.

The hotel still uses physical keys which need to be left at reception when leaving the hotel. The walls are thin, so thankfully our neighbours didnt make much noise.

Hotel Di Stefano was absolutely amazing. The location is perfect—quiet, charming, and within easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see in Pisa. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, spotless, and full of character. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. Everything about our stay was comfortable and seamless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pisa.

Very helpful staff and very friendly. If you like a very very firm matress then you will be comfortable. For me the pillows were too shallow. The hotel could do with some brightening up. Breakfast pastries and pancakes were delicious! Short walk to the leaning tower and cathedral. Toilet roll was scented, if this is a problem for you, bring your own.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Room interior was of satisfactory condition. It was clean, tidy and included a fridge.
On the downside, the corridors leading to the room had dirty carpets and felt from a bygone era. The key to the room is old fashioned and with a heavy keyring, so everyone drops the keys when they exit.

Overall, very good

What a strange hotel. Bang Average but charging a top hotel price, just shy of £250, inc all taxes, a night (4 nights) at the beginning of October. Good location in Pisa so maybe that's the going rate; although that seems unlikely. I assumed it would be a great hotel at this price...but it is not. The worst was the penny pinching breakfast. Vaguely flavoured sugar water served as the "juices". No fresh bread; they provided partially baked small white rolls which they finished off in the little oven in their little kitchen. They were tasteIess with the consistency of cotton wool. I made do with the toast bread.
I bought in proper orange juice from the nearby PAM supermarket. I recommend Pisa but not this hotel. And I find some of the positive reviews for this hotel decidedly odd.
Breakfast described as "plentiful"? Hmm....

The hotel is perfectly situated to embrace all Pisa has to offer. We stayed in a deluxe room in the historic part of the hotel. It was clean and exceptionally quiet. The bed was one of the best I have slept on. Breakfast was buffet style and plentiful. Definitely one to return to. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful.

Fantastic location for a hotel- offering a great breakfast in it's standard rate

Booked a triple room, included a small fridge and an a/c. A fan would have been nice too but can understand the limitations. Rooms and bathrooms spotless

Unfortunately for us the a/c took a bit of figuring out so we were hot the first night 🤣 but then soon got the hang of things. The TV has an abundance of channels, the WiFi is free and fast and the location is about 6 mins from the tower.

Staff at every interaction were so kind and helpful.

Breakfast was brilliant, continental style but so much choice.

Our stay was great. Staff was excellent. Place is within 5 mins walk to Pisa tower. Will recommend. Breakfast is included but has limited option
