Really nice location with beautiful view and swimming pool and also reasonable price for staying few days and going in San Gimignano and Siena! It was amazing experience unexpected! All our crew enjoyed the two day trip with blast! Definitely will come back again!

It's a beautiful and relaxing place with panoramic views and a good pool with comfortable sunbeds. Be careful while choosing the room because not all rooms look freshly renovated

I stayed at Cappuccina Resort few days ago and was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of my experience. My room was spacious and clean. The swimming pool area with stylish loungers was the highlight of the hotel

This resort has a rich breakfast and a large swimming pool, which is very suitable for summer vacation

We selected a 7:30 delivery so we could start our travel day early, but nothing arrived until 8:15 for my parents and 8:25 for us, and half of the items were missing. Eggs arrived later but they were overcooked

Also, we booked this resort specifically for the spa in winter, and it was closed for renovations with no notice on the website and no compensation offered. Breakfast the next morning was the main issue

The views from the property were beautiful. There is a restaurant on site but we only had breakfast there and ate out the other evenings. It is about a 8 minute walk to the town center

The staff were awesome they did everything I even questioned if they ever went home - they work very hard and do many different duties. I would stay here again in a minute

Beautiful view , easy to walking to the center San Gimignano, have parking, breakfast is good, the staff vey kindly, but the room is small

The views were stunning, room was gorgeous and clean, the pool was so relaxing and we loved the shuttle service they run for drop off and pick ups to the city of San Gimignano

They even took us to our room, gave us a tour of the hotel, and thoroughly explained all the facilities, including the hiking route to San Gimignano! After enjoying a delicious meal at the Michelin restaurant, we hiked to the medieval 'Manhattan' and found the walking distance from the hotel to the tower city was just right! The breakfast on the second day was also very abundant! This is a highly recommended...

The family owned restaurant we found was our favourite of all San Gimignano so we ate there most nights - do book as all the locals come here! The staff were so lovely and helped us book a taxi to return to the airport

We tended to catch the morning shuttle because the walk is beautiful but uphill for a while and then in the late afternoon we’d walk down as it was a lovely walk with amazing views all downhill

What a fantastic estate, combining a Michelin-starred restaurant and accommodation! We arrived around 12 PM, and the front desk staff immediately and warmly checked us in

I would recommend booking a cab from the station to the venue if you can as we didnt and the buses arrived at unpredictable times but we made do haha

Such a nice breakfast out on the patio. Took a dip in the pool which is gorgeous. unfortunately weather not super warm during our visit but still enjoyed a refreshing dip! Loved our hike to SanGimingnano

An amazing stay, we could not have asked for a better experience. Great location for exploring the hill towns. The staff and property were amazing. Enjoying an authentic experience in the country side was perfect

We spent seven days enjoying great wines produced right on the farm by Stefano and elegant evening authentic five course meals lovingly prepared by Bruno outside on the patio as a wonderful Tuscan evening

The property was AMAZING and the 5 course dinner they serve was even better!!! The natural beauty of this place is indescribable, and the food and wine was an experience my wife and I will never forget

Be aware that this is kind of a remote property, but it is beautiful and peaceful. We stayed for dinner two nights and enjoyed the property and hiking

Rooms basic but v comfortable pool fabulous and with honesty bar and delicious food this is a terrific place to stay

Our stay was truly wonderful, exceeded our expectations. I am still dreaming of the pistachio tartelletta di frolla- it was so delicious. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The cooking class was a fun experience

The pool and gardens are great for relaxing in and the self service bar is very convenient for a bottle of wine or a cold beer. Breakfast is simple but wonderful in terms of the quality of the food

Breakfast was plentiful and excellent quality. Our room with a terrace (7) was just dreamy. I would recommend this stay to anyone and I hope we will get to visit again in the future

Must stay this hotel when you go to San Gimignano. Owner family is very friendly, owns vineyard, olive yard, and produces wine, olive oil and honey which we enjoyed a lot with reasonable prices

San Gimignano became very touristy in the worst possible way, with hordes of people and cheap trinket shops dominating the town, but from Casanova di Pescille, it still appears as it once was - a stunning skyline crowning one of the rolling Tuscan hills

The room is for four people but I booked for 3 and last minute I added a fourth my husband and they charged another 45 euro a day which it doesn’t make sense since we shared the same bed and we didn’t stay there the whole 8 days I paid for anyway

My only points of feedback would be that it would be nice that the bar next to the pool is open more hours (as of our stay, it was only open for 1hour between 7 and 8 PM)

What rosette is the fact that the room was ready when we arrived a few hours before our check-in but they wanted to charge us another 10 euro a person to check in early when I paid for 4 people for one quadruple room

We had a very pleasant stay! The accommodation is beautiful and lies in beautiful surroundings. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. The organised dinners at the hotel were very very good

I I wanted to take a bottle of water from all inclusive breakfast to my room and they told me to go pay for it at the reception desk. This was ridiculous since breakfast it’s all inclusive

I feel they nickel and dime you for everything. , even though the place and food was wonderful and I would love to go back, I think I’ll find somewhere just as beautiful

Service was great staff was super friendly and accommodating. On site restaurant had a wonderful breakfast each morning with a great variety of food. And of course the wine was pretty good as well

The hotel is very nice. The outdoor of the hotel is impressive, with a large green area and two pools. Its located only 2km from the center in a quiet place. I recommend it!

This was a gem of a Hotel in the rolling hills of Tuscany. Great base to be able to explore the area. Will several fabulous restaurants, wineries, olive mills and medieval towns and church’s to explore

AMAZING HOTEL, lovely Sergio helping with the checkin, a never seen before as that incredible and complete breakfast, staying at Sovestro is a must have! Clean and comfortable room as well!

The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The gym is in a “grotto” type area just off the hotel. It was nice to have a gym on site.

We had to book this hotel last minute due to issues with our villa. The staff were excellent and could not be more helpful, it was lovely to speak to them and also learn a bit more about the history of the building

They were aware of our situation and ready to help further if needed. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning and the breakfast (food, setting, service) was top notch

The hotel is a convent from the 13th century near San Gimignano. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The pool is large for a small hotel. There are two hot tubs available

The hotel includes a breakfast which was a buffet with an omelette bar. Lunch is limited to sandwiches by the pool or pizza for dinner

All the Facilities for guests with mobility issues. Definitely will be back!!!!!!!

Very nice hotel, good breakfast (including savory food) and very friendly staff. Andreas in particular was brilliant and he provided a shuttle service for a fair fee

Would have been nice to have a shorter walk into the old town from the hotel as quite a long detour walk (very scenic and beautiful though) had to be taken each day as public busses were not at all reliable

We swam in the pool although it was 17C outside and it was fun. Really memorable experience of tuscany. We really recommend this hotel!

Room spacious enough, bathroom ok. Great swimming pool, good breakfast (a mix between continental and italian but it's enough variety for everyone). There is a restaurant next to it for evening meals

We spent two nights there, the rooms are ok, breakfast can be better, nice small pool, kind staff, and close to the San Gimignano.

We had a fantastic time in this hotel, Luca and his staff go over and above to make sure everything is superb for their guests from the rooms, the pool and gardens to the superb food

Our suite was magnificent, cool with AC, and a separate lounge sitting area. Its located only 5 minutes drive from San Gimignano but Luca offers lots of advise and tips about other places in the area to visit

We stayed at Molino di Foci for the second time. We love the small boutique hotel, friendly atmosphere and nice food. At Molino you can relax and they make you feel like a real guest.

The rooms are super nice and super super clean. The staff is friendly and very very nice. The hotel is located in a small valley and has a very nice Toscan view

If you’re looking for a peaceful countryside stay with pretty grounds and don’t mind a bit of self-service, it’s a fine option. But service could be more attentive and organized, especially at check-in

The village of Pancole is very small, but only 5 km from San Gimignano, so if you want to escape after a day of sightseeing and hordes of people, Hotel Renaie is definitely the place to stay

We stayed three nights and enjoyed our stay very much. The location, surounded from Olivetrees, is beautiful. In some minutes you can reach San Gimignano by car,in 20 minutes Volterra

We had a spacious room with a large teracce. We booked halfboard and could select a starter and maincourse from the Menu. Not to forget a very nice pool. And everybody is very friendly

We recently spent two weeks at the end of May at this delightful hotel. One of the best kept secrets in San Gimignano. Beautiful gardens, great location, delicious food friendly helpful staff

Warm welcome, familiar but professional, cleanliness in the rooms. The restaurant with good service and excellent cuisine. Quiet location, surrounded by greenery but very close to San Gimignano

We had a fantastic stay here in the middle of the beautiful landscape of tuscany, very close to San Giminano. The apartment was very spacious and convenient, the buldings are impressive and the views extraordinary

Old farm located on a Tuscan hill with large rooms, with superb view of  San Gimignano. The restaurant served 5-course meal, totally Italian home-cooking style and with wine in abundance

This place is a little oasis within 10 mins drive of Sam Gimignano town center. Beautiful grounds, lovely pool, parking, etc. the staff are great and they offer a selection of menu items for drinks and food.

The only problem is with the taxis from San Gimignano it's pretty hard to get one, so keep in mind to have a car or hire a transfer car if you are planning on going for a wine tasting at some nearby wineries

Great place to stop for visiting San Gimignano, the campsite is situated amongst olive trees and his in a beautiful spot. Of an evening you can sit outside at the bar overlooking the vineyards

Superb camp site, very modern and clean facilities, easy to reach and taxi even for big or bulky RVs

Some more accurate information about restaurant opening hours should be published (info at shower facility is different from reception, is different from restaurant entrance, is different from what people tell you, is different from what waiting staff tell you

They will charge for everything, starting from towels, AR conditioning and the "free" pool requires you to wear a cap (which they sell you for 2,5 eu). The cabin is very noisy

We were here last year in October and it was outstanding. For those like us that dont have bikes the4re is a bus that pulls up out the front to take you in to the centre of town

Apart from that: Highly recommended!!!
