Great food at Pode restaurant. Fantastic spread of breakfast. Highly recommended .

This was a gem of a Hotel in the rolling hills of Tuscany. Great base to be able to explore the area. Will several fabulous restaurants, wineries, olive mills and medieval towns and church’s to explore.
Service was great staff was super friendly and accommodating. On site restaurant had a wonderful breakfast each morning with a great variety of food.
And of course the wine was pretty good as well.
Would highly recommend this Hotel!!

AMAZING HOTEL, lovely Sergio helping with the checkin, a never seen before as that incredible and complete breakfast, staying at Sovestro is a must have! Clean and comfortable room as well!

The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The gym is in a “grotto” type area just off the hotel. It was nice to have a gym on site.

There are plenty of parking spaces. It is a distance from the town. The courtyard on the first floor is quite large, but there are still problems with insects. I killed four mosquito-like insects in one night, although they did not bite people...

Everything is very clean, great breakfast. There is a parking lot. If you need to get to the restaurant, then book in advance.

The hotel is in Chianti, surrounded by vineyards, and the scenery should be more beautiful in autumn. There are many villages with nice scenery within dozens of kilometers. The breakfast is not bad, the coffee is delicious, there are many desserts, and there are many kinds of cheese. Continental breakfast.

The hotel is in a very strategic location, easy to find by car, and very close to San Gimignano. Walking on the path to the old town, the scenery is very beautiful, fully reflecting the unique natural environment of Tuscany.
