Booked direct with the hotel and was lucky enough to get the last room. Located on the second floor with a second balcony. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff are really friendly and the bonus is access to two pools. One on the garden located near the annexe and the other just outside the main hotel. Breakfast was great and had plenty of choice between pastries, meats, cheeses etc. Don't expect bacon, sausage etc. Half way through our stay our air con packed up. No problem. They moved us to the annexe which is about 50m up the road. Best of both worlds. Annexe room again was spacious and the air con was great. Hotel is situated about ten minutes walk away from the centre. Nothing much in-between the centre and the hotel but it's only a few minutes walk. Recommend

Our third time here. Excellent small hotel. Very well run and excellent friendly staff. Breakfast plentiful with an excellent selection each day. We had a small girasole room with a balcony overlooking the pool. Very comfortable. A building opposite is being redeveloped, but no intrusion as work is halted during the day time. Pool area can get a bit crowded, and sometimes the road is noisy, but that’s not the hotels fault, but that of inconsiderate motorcyclists who seem to think it’s fun to rev their bikes; they should grow up. Overall a great stay. It’s very easy to get into town and to the lake. 10/20 mins walk depending on which route you take.

What a great little find. We got the 2nd floor room with a wrap around balcony. The room was spacious, clean and everything you need. The hotel in general is very clean, great breakfast selection and only 10 minuet walk into the heart of Bardolino. Will definatley return and cant recommend enough. Oh by the way, the staff are great!

A really lovely hotel. Only an 8 minute walk from the main parts of Bardolino where there is plenty going on. The hotel is very friendly, clean and well maintained. The staff are always helpful and willing to assist. The pool is very relaxing. The breakfast is all you can want with a great selection of breads, pastries, meats, cheeses etc as well as hot scrambled eggs. We stayed there for 4 nights and an ideal location for a break.

Lovely weeks stay
Lovely stay for us.
Lots of positives!
Staff were so helpful and no question or request was an issue.
Buffet breakfast kept us going all morning with alternative and options for everyone.
I’m gluten free and was full up each day.
Beds were very comfortable and had good night sleep each night.
Pool area was lovely and easily find somewhere to sit.
Unfortunately there is some building work going on across the road and the noise can be heard from the pool.
Due to a water feature it does drown it out and kind of becomes white noise.
Unknown when that will finish.
Our room was at the back and we couldn’t hear it from there. Might have been heard if you had a front room as they did start early in the morning.
Would stay again if we were in the area.

A nice hotel with very efficient & friendly staff. Continental breakfast is terrific with plenty choice. Location is very good, however there is a cross junction just outside, with heavy day traffic. 10 minute walk to the lake. The property is very clean with lemon & olive trees planted around. The pool is on the small side, as well as the sun lounge area. Sometimes difficult to get 2 loungers together. The rooms are cleaned everyday by the pleasant cleaning staff. The enclosed shower cubicle is on the small side, even my wife struggled. The air-conditioning unit is dated, quite asthmatic when on full power. Very comfortable bed, good hot water, good size balcony. Overall, a pleasant, quiet, comfortable, relaxing stay. Our first time in Italy, this hotel helped us enjoy ourselves and made it memorable.
