Beautiful hotel and wonderful hospitality! Erika upgraded our room to a beautiful view of the tower. She was so welcoming and helpful during our stay. The room was clean, breakfast was fantastic and location was central. We were able to walk to town, the cable car, and the port to catch a ferry to other towns within 10 minutes. Highly recommend!!

Hotel erika wow what a fantastic stay we were delayed on our flight and miss checking but erika understood what happened and waited for us she greeted us with a big smile and open arms and understood the delay the rooms were very fresh and tidy. She treats you like royalty. The location was fantastic for what we needed for the three nights. With shops just around the corner. We will be definitely coming back to see you again thank you so much for your hospitality.

This hotel is immaculately clean and very comfortable.
The hotel location is perfect, in a quiet area, but only a short walk to the town that has an abundance of shops and restaurants.
It’s very well run by Erika who is a very tentative host with a kind and caring nature.
We took my parents this time and Erika ensured they were well looked after.
The breakfast is amazing, with lots of choices from fresh fruit to homemade cakes.

Hotel Erika was perfect for our brief stay in Malcesine. Great location with very comfortable rooms. The breakfast options were fabulous and the garden was beautiful and quiet. Thank you!

A huge thank you to the lady that works very hard at Hotel Erika for making our 2 night stay a great one. A family run business, a great chef, a friendly room cleaning service. This is a lovely little hotel, very clean, in a great location to the bars, restaurants and harbour and breakfast is lovely! Home cooked eggs, fresh bread and lots of choice of fresh fruit, nuts, granola, meats and cheese and cake. I would definitely book to stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting Malcesine.

Our stay in this hotel was divine. It is located near the center of Malcesinee and the cable car to Monte Baldo. The room had all the amenities, spotless and spacious. Breakfasts are special with homemade cakes and fresh eggs. Delicious Erika and mom

Hotel Erika was incredible. Erika herself organised our transfer and warmly greeted us straight off the coach on arrival. The room was very spacious with lovely views of the garden. It was immaculate inside with a nice bathroom and the fridge was a very handy addition. Breakfast was outstanding. Every effort had been taken to cater for guests with allergies and intolerances. There was a great selection of fresh fruit, cheeses, meats and cereals including seeds, berries and nuts. Perfect nutrition to set you up for the day ahead. Erika or her daughter was always on hand to answer any questions. They provided us with great recommendations on where to find traditional Italian food so we didn't fall into the tourist trap. Location wise it was great. A 2 minute walk to the cable car station which Erika helpfully recommended the best time to go to avoid the long cues and higher costs. To the bus station it is under 5 minutes (when carrying suitcases) and just a few minutes more to the harbour and local beaches. We picked this hotel by chance as they all looked within a similar price range. However, when (not if) we return we will most definitely be staying at Hotel Erika.

Clean big rooms with balconys. But the rooms are a bit pricy, plus they dont accept credit card. The breakfast is phenomical
