Hotel Bella Peschiera in Peschiera del Garda

We've just returned from a one-night stay at this hotel. We used a Smartbox and paid 30 Euros extra per person for full board. It was well worth it. There was a choice of about ten first courses, ten main courses and four desserts. The food was good and the portions were big. The hotel is in a strategic place for visiting the centre (about 15 minutes on foot) and is only five minutes away from the lake. They have their own carpark, which is very useful. All the staff were very pleasant and went out of their way to satisfy our requests. Thank you for a lovely stay. We'd be happy to return.

Fabulous location close to lake,town and restaurants. Staff so friendly and helpful . Lovely lounge area to sit and have an evening drink. Perfect.

Hotel has been recently modernised, all parts of the hotel are clean and looked after. Our receptionist on the first few mornings was amazing and helpful. On check out, the receptionist was different and she was not quite as helpful 26/10/2025

Lovely location about 10-15 minutes from the centre . Rooms are clean however not much space to hang clothes . Receptionists are great especially the lovely young lady who helped with my limited Italian (sorry I did not get her name ) Great spot for trains,ferries and restaurants . Really enjoyed our stay thank you

We had a very warm welcome on arrival. The lady on reception was very helpful and friendly. I booked a standard room and we had a lovely large balcony, with 2 bottles of water and a bottle of wine in the room. We arrived late but we could still have dinner up to 10pm. The breakfast and dinner times are long, ideal so it doesn't get too busy and if you want a lay in or arrive back late. Perfect location, 15 minute walk from town and 10-15 minute walk to camp. We stayed by the hotel pool as quiet but did have lunch twice at the camp and went there twice in the evening as they had live bands playing. We got the ferry to Lazise which was lovely and had a ice cream and limoncello spritz outside a small place in a back street and looked in the church and shops. We got the little train from the dock to have a tour which is worth doing. The market in the town was fab on the Sunday or Monday i can't quite remember for shopping as massive, they also had a craft sale friday and food festival fri evening. The museum and art displays are worth a look. We found the train station which was a 35 minute walk away but just missed the morning one to Verona and decided not to wait for the later one but will do on another trip. We enjoyed having a drink in the town and sitting on a bench looking at the lake or reading by the pool. We were half board and although good, there is so much choice around you may only want to eat in the hotel a couple of nights. The breakfast is buffet but dinner is from a menu and you choose 2 or 3 course. Only 4 desserts but i was okay with this however my daughter only liked 1 so had the same every night. Pizza is good lots of choices and 2 salads are lovely. the spaghetti bol and tortallini good but the carbonara and lasagna not so much. The room was comfy but you can hear people in the room next door and the people next to us kept slamming the door which was annoying. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it was good for a 3 star. The waiter service was great, both waiters lovely and reception staff lovely. We would stay again. They kept our suitcases after check out so we could enjoy our last day as late flight home.

A well positioned friendly hotel
Very friendly staff who put up with my attempts at dishing Italian.
The hotel is very well situated, two minutes from the lake and a sandy bay, ten minutes from the very vibrant town with so many restaurants.
The town also has a lot of history

Lovely stay, the only part that annoyed me was the property maintenance guys, one guy especially that just kept yelling at his colleague, wasn’t very professional at all!
Small shower but have had worse !!!
Breakfast was lovely..
