Absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel! Driving to the hotel was a fun adventure I’ll never forget. The staff was very helpful upon arrival in getting our car parked and our room situated. The room was modest, but had everything we needed. The view from the hotel is wonderful, to say the least, with access to the lake and to the streets below.
The only down side was that we booked one night - I wish we would’ve been able to stay longer and make full use of the hotel’s amenities. Eating gelato in the outdoor area as the sun set over the lake was the epitome of vacation for us.

Deep in the heart of the shopping area this older hotel with its own jetty, lovely staff and a great setting was perfect for our trip

We wouldn't stay here again !! Very basic room old and tired !! Breakfast not very nice . And to be faced with take a tray get your food sit down .... Then to be told fetch your tray back by staff she wasn't very nice about it either . We walked out and left tray on table !!! We had to see the lady in the back office to pay for our stay it was a bit like faulty towers!! It needs to be updated all of it . The shower just dribbled , the TV was no bigger than a postage stamp and wouldn't turn on !!

Amazing hotel in the heart of Sirmione. Restaurants, shops, gardens, the lake, the castle all within a stone’s throw. Amazing owners, managers and staff. Friendly, caring, professional, helpful and full of advice.

Very good location in the heart of the old town of Sirmione
The entire service staff as well as the reception staff are consistently friendly, helpful and very accommodating.
We felt very comfortable and well taken care of during the entire stay.
The rooms are perfect to enjoy the beauty of this city for a while and still experience all the comforts (air conditioning, small fridge, balcony) in the cosy rooms.
The furnishings are maybe not the most up-to-date, but they are very well maintained and very well cared for from.
The rooms are always very clean and cleaned very precisely every day by the friendly staff.
I can highly recommend the hotel for a couple's holiday and would come here again at any time.

An old building with spartan rooms, but nice. In the middle of Sirmione. Close to everything.

the hotel is 2 steps from the historic center! hotel old fashioned but very clean and with a view of the lake...attached to the spa :)

An outdated Hotel. Anyone who feels attracted to the charm of the 60s and 70s, will feel comfortable here.
Breakfast rather well arranged. Rolls hard with a larger selection of cakes for Breakfast. Sausage plate is clear, as is the cheese plate (two kinds).
The Service staff was very friendly and helpful. The location in the historic old town is fantastic. The only way to the Hotel via car is a smaller challenge, but doable.
The garden at the Hotel is well maintained and you can stay there for some time, and on the lake.
According to our understanding of the urgency of catching up to do in the comfort and buffet. Staff very friendly, price/performance, everyone must know yourself - for us it was little comfort for the demanded money.

The hotel is dated, even with phones and the keys to the '80s.
WiFi and air conditioning, the WiFi was giving lot of problems, simple breakfast but a bit poor.
If the air conditioning does not get the council to call the front desk to get it to enable
Let's say that the location and the tables directly on the lake are picturesque, while the style is decidedly old-fashioned lowers the final rating
