Good hotel in general. Need water boot to arrive, but hotel offer 15 euro per person per stay shuttle.

The hotel also offers great extras, like a boat service that conveniently connects to town at a very good price, and even a free tour to Murano, which was such a thoughtful and helpful addition to our stay

The train station is a boat ride away from the hotel, but the airport has the hotel's own shuttle boat service, which is much more convenient

The neighborhood is peaceful and charming, yet surrounded by wonderful restaurants, making it the perfect location to relax and explore

We had a wonderful stay at the JW Marriott in Venice. The property itself is absolutely stunning — it’s located on its own private island, which makes it feel like you’ve stepped into a completely different part of Italy

It’s nice to have a quiet and relaxing place to retreat to after spending the day in Venice. The rooftop bar and pool are a great place to watch the sunset and end the day. Will definitely stay there again

What really stood out to us was the impeccable service. I actually left my other phone in the room and didn’t realize it until I was already at the train station with my train leaving in about 30 minutes

Located right in the center of the main island, you can ask the front desk to arrange a water taxi to take your luggage out; it's cheaper than negotiating yourself

The facilities are quite new, and the service is good. However, getting to the hotel from the station requires crossing 3-4 bridges, which was a bit challenging with luggage.

Great hotel, but it is not sound proof and there's a bell that ring every 30min from 8 so if you want to chill, relax and sleep it's impossible.

My flight arrived at 6 AM, and a water taxi took me directly to the hotel pier at 7 AM. I was worried the hotel might not give me a room because it was so early, but they were very nice and checked me in immediately

Room is good on the whole but I would like to comment about the reception, it was below expectations for all our encounters at the reception, with 2 notable occasions to call out: 1) There was a queue (of 3-4 groups) when we arrived to leave our luggage however the staff was not bothered to open a new counter although we saw 3 ladies walking up and down the reception

The location is undeniably good, just a breeze from the termini. Just be mindful of guys approaching you to help with the luggage at the termini, they kept insisting they’re station staff etc and it didn’t feel safe

Booked this Hotel for a weekend trip in Venice. Chose the location as it is not in the busy tourist area but it is nicely situated in a  quiet area of Venice, Cannaregio. Lots of good restaurants and wine bars around

The location was great for us - away from the hustle & bustle and easily accessed via water taxi from airport direct to the hotel door. Check out the nearby Oficina Ormesini for cicchetti and aperitivi - fantastic

However, there are mosquitoes outdoors due to the dense greenery. It takes 20-30 minutes to walk to Piazza San Marco, but passing the main street, there are shops on both sides, so it is not monotonous

 Our allocated  Premium room (124 first floor) wasn’t that great though, we got a lot of noise from the restaurant and Lobby area and it also just looks agains a wall when you look out of the window
