Good hotel in general. Need water boot to arrive, but hotel offer 15 euro per person per stay shuttle.

The hotel also offers great extras, like a boat service that conveniently connects to town at a very good price, and even a free tour to Murano, which was such a thoughtful and helpful addition to our stay

The train station is a boat ride away from the hotel, but the airport has the hotel's own shuttle boat service, which is much more convenient

The neighborhood is peaceful and charming, yet surrounded by wonderful restaurants, making it the perfect location to relax and explore

We had a wonderful stay at the JW Marriott in Venice. The property itself is absolutely stunning — it’s located on its own private island, which makes it feel like you’ve stepped into a completely different part of Italy

It’s nice to have a quiet and relaxing place to retreat to after spending the day in Venice. The rooftop bar and pool are a great place to watch the sunset and end the day. Will definitely stay there again

What really stood out to us was the impeccable service. I actually left my other phone in the room and didn’t realize it until I was already at the train station with my train leaving in about 30 minutes

The grounds are vast and peaceful, offering beautiful views and a real sense of escape from the busy city. The spa was lovely — a bit on the smaller side, but still a great experience overall

Before I could even get to answer the door, a guest relations team member came through the door despite the privacy sign being on, and was about to show two people around our room which firstly was occupied by us and secondly had the privacy sign on which is completely unacceptable

She wanted to know what time we were checking out which left us feeling rushed and almost chased out of the hotel. These are experiences you should not be experiencing in any hotel and certainly not at this hotel

Unfortunately this was not the only occasion, sadly the very next day on our checkout day we experienced a similar case with the housekeeping team, who were clearly keen to turn our room around and have us out

One morning on our return to our room after breakfast with the privacy sign on the door, I was falling back to sleep and my husband was changing to go down to the pool when the door bell went

Despite a 12:00 checkout, she asked us at 09:00 if she could start on our room, and again at 11:00 whilst letting herself in before we even had chance to even answer the door bell

My flight arrived at 6 AM, and a water taxi took me directly to the hotel pier at 7 AM. I was worried the hotel might not give me a room because it was so early, but they were very nice and checked me in immediately

Show screen not properly fitted so a constant gap between the screen and bath meant having a shower resulted in the bathroom floor getting pooled with water.   Good location, nice staff and ok rooms

The Cipriani is a legendary hotel. The kindness of the staff, the attention to detail and the wonderful facilities, make this a hotel that you will remember forever. My only regret is that I couldn’t live here forever

Cipriani offers refined Italian dining in a beautiful setting. The service is elegant yet warm, and the pasta dishes are simple but perfectly executed. Dining here feels sophisticated and relaxed at the same time.

We stayed in a Junior Suite Pool View with Terrace for 4 nights. Overall, the hotel was pretty good but some things could use improvement. Hotel: The grounds are beautiful and spacious

Food: The food by the pool was good. The service by the pool was slow considering the number of people working there to the number of guests

From the moment your Cipriani boat pulls up to the private jetty, you step into pure luxury. We visited the IL Porticciolo restaurant and the sraff, service and food was incredible. Cannot praise our visit highly enough

Bar Dandolo - Hotel Danieli, Venice - what an amazing experience! Aperitivo at its finest! Perfect drinks, wondering setting and the service was fantastic! We originally had planned to go to the rooftop terrace but the weather wasn’t great so opted to have a drink at Bar Dandolo

So keep that in mind if you get the lagoon facing room. The night service showed up the first night, didn’t show up the second night, and we had to call the third night. So not sure how that works and was a bit confusing

We came here for coffee and sweets at the rooftop bar at around 4pm. The bar was not crowded but we had to wait a bit to be seated. It wad worth it because they gave us a table central to their spectacular view

I've been to this hotel multiple times and had the same experience hence the comment. The concierge however , whenever we spoke, was a great help for advice on places to go, eat etc

It appears that like all other (lower priced) hotels, the staff here seems to have relationships with specific restaurants and venues of other kinds and getting unbiased advice was a challenge

The whole process is very strange where it feels like they are filing a loan application rather than processing a pre-booked and paid checkin which should be a fast process

We stayed in the Deluxe Double With Grand Canal View, and it was absolutely stunning. Watching the gondolas pass by from our window felt like something out of a dream

It's a shame the air conditioning wasn't working. For me, it was quite hot, so I had to open the window to sleep, which resulted in mosquitoes disturbing my sleep.

Amazing hotel just next to the entry of the Grand Canal. Best rooms face the canal and have you can enjoy the sounds of the water, boats, and birds when you opent the windows.

Later, I went to buy more wine from the bar, and even though they had technically just closed, they still served me without hesitation. That level of hospitality really says everything
