Hotel location is very near to the Venice Mestre！ surprisingly the room is quiet big. We didn’t take the breakfast, we prepare our own. Free store luggage but BRING YOUR OWN LOCK! Or go outside Chinese store can buy it.

The hostel is very clean and offers mixed-gender rooms. The location is central, right next to the train station, making it perfect for solo travelers.

We like the hotel for the location and size since we travel with a family of 4. However the air conditioning was poor and bed were very uncomfortable. It literally felt like sleeping on the floor.

It's located right behind St. Mark's Square, very convenient and great! The breakfast is good, and the service is excellent! The navigation led me to the back entrance, but a staff member easily guided me to the front desk. The place is clean and tidy!

The suites are very large which is nice. They are very clean, up-to-date and in a GREAT location. The only downside is the WiFi is SUPER slow. It is literally like dial up internet speed. WiFi is important when traveling internationally so this was a big disappointment.

Perfect location, super-large room, the only drawback was the mattress, but overall everything was fine. Breakfast was limited in variety, but adequate.

Spectacular Venetian building in the city centre, literally a stone's throw from St Mark's and all the tourist sites. A very good buffet breakfast. A suite larger than my house with all the details and views of a canal.

Awesome spot in a quiet part of Venice. We stayed in the suite with the Turkish bath - which is not my thing, but the room is massive. Paola and Franco were amazing, there for basically any help you need, any bookings to make, and so forth. Breakfast was served in the room (awesome!) and a la carte. Good service and caring staff. They made sure our travel arrangements to the airport were properly scheduled to help avoid issues caused by local transport union protests.

Amazing and beautiful hotel in Venice. It was a bit of a walk to everything but so worth it. The room was so spacious with a sauna. Wonderful place with its own courtyard, restaurant, bar, snack bar, free water at the front desk. I stayed in the the canal side room and enjoyed it. One weird thing is you have to keep your key in the light switch overnight to charge your phone, but, the lights above the bed do not go off.

The staff was super friendly and made us feel welcome. She happily showed us to the room so we didn't get lost, and spoke excellent English. The room was very comfortable and I appreciated the heated towel rack.

The room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. No elevator. WiFi was not strong. It is very loud. You could hear the people in adjacent rooms going up and down stairs, talking, opening and closing doors, running and moving furniture around.

Being a boutique hotel there were only 8 rooms and was situated on the Grand Canal about 150’ from the Rialto Bridge. The property is very “Venetian-glass chandeliers, brocade bed covers, walls etc”We loved its uniqueness. Staff were wonderful. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, making the stay feel warm and pleasant. Although the hotel is relatively small, it is clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with everything you need for a nice stay. The only downside is that the hotel does not provide complimentary water and coffee.

The room was nice enough. But it was really expensive for a canal/bridge view. Sure, you could see the bridge if you leaned all the way outside of the window. There was a common room that was right next to us that gor VERY noisy at night. Staff was good. Breakfast was great.

Checking in was difficult. You need to contact the hotel directly in advance to pay the city tax and send a photo of your passport. The historic building has a great atmosphere. The fabric interior smelled mildew. If you don't have any issues, I recommend this hotel.

Very good location especially if you will visit the Venice Biennale with a view of the lagoon and San Giorgio Maggiore. They were also very accommodating and the rooms are clean and spacious.
