Very cool hotel, we really liked it. The location is super, and breakfast was delicious! We're happy with everything.

The staff and the location were both very good.
However, after sleeping in the bed and waking up, I was bitten by mites or some kind of insects and ended up with three swollen spots.
They should pay more attention to proper bed making and cleanliness.

Conveniently located near the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Square. There's no elevator, but they carried my luggage up to my room. The room was small, but clean and cute, and even the teapot was clean. The heating was on and the shower water was excellent. The view from the window was of a wall, but the location was great, so it was acceptable for the price.

Very good location which is 5 mins walk from the Rialto ferry stop. Very friendly staff and helpful too. Clean, warm room. We did not take breakfast in the hotel so I have no coment on the food. I will definitely go back on my next trip.

I'm glad I stayed here. The location is great, the room is super cute, and the staff are not rude. It was a bit tiring to get to the 5th floor (European style) by stairs.

Cozy room, good breakfast. Great pillow – slept wonderfully. Clean. Friendly staff.

We left our bags after checkout – very convenient.

Right in the center! 2 minutes from St. Mark's Square :)

The location is incredible, being very close to the Rialto boat station and San Marco. The room was clean and well-equipped. While the room was a bit small, this was not an issue for us as tourists since we didn’t spend much time there. The front desk staff were friendly. There’s a restaurant right downstairs, it’s a bit noisy when they wrapping up around 11pm and open in the morning. But only short period of time.

AWFUL SERVICE! Do NOT book! These people have ZERO compassion! We had a family emergency and therefore could not utilize our booking! They REFUSED to give us a refund and they did not even offer a partial refund or a hotel credit!! I would not recommend this property because they do not give any sort of consideration even during a dire time.

It's literally the best hotel in Venice! It the location is perfect: right between the Rialto bridge and the San Marco square. There is a wonderful restaurant, located on the parallel street if you go north. There is also a point where you can pay for gandola service. The staff (Aurora and the other guy, sorry I forgot your name :( ) was extremely helpful and nice. The only downside is lack of slippers and not the best breakfast in my life.
I will most certainly stay in this hotel again :)
