Overall, this was an unmemorable stay, but that isn’t a bad thing. For an Italian standard, it was decent. Rooms were older, but well maintained, the breakfast offered savoury options, and the hotel offered a shuttle bus to the city centre which compensated for the location further away from the city centre.

We have stayed here twice 2023 and 2026. Both great. Breakfast included. Comfortable beds. Clean. Staff very friendly. Quiet. We will definitely be back

We have been visiting this hotel almost every year since 2015, and the services are still at a top level. The staff is truly amazing—so helpful and kind. The rooms are wonderful, modern, and always sparkling clean. Also, the breakfast is superb with plenty of delicious choices. It’s our favorite place to stay, and we can't recommend it enough!

Staff were very helpful and friendly. We ended up here more or less by accident but we're very happy with the room and breakfast. Lots of free parking as well. After checking out we drove 10 min to a parking garage near the sites of Verona

Great option to stay if you are going to travel by train.

Very clean, mostly comfortable hotel. Excellent service staff.
Free parking.
Reasonably priced.
Good breakfast in the morning.
Only downs:
1. mattresses are hard as rocks.
2. No exercise room.
3. Accetable twenty minute walk into oldtown. ( No deduction here)
3.5 stars.

Staff was very friendly, breakfast was phenomenal! We have a large family so we like to find places that include breakfast and this one was amazing! Room seemed clean and we had a nice and cool nights sleep. A little out of the way from the city center (maybe 30-35 min walk?) but, it was only a 15 min walk from the train station. Our family doesn’t mind the walking so it was good for us!

Good sized room and well appointed -- super helpful staff -- while away from the city center, the hourly van service to city center was a real bonus.
28.06.2025
Lovely hotel with a bed for the evening situated on the outskirts of Verona with good bus links into the city centre and train station. Good continental breakfast to set you up for the day, what else would you need.
18.06.2025
Very concerning cleanliness, saw a big fly inside food refrigerated cabinet.
