1. The room was extremely cramped, almost too small;
2. The Wi-Fi didn't work (they couldn't help us on the first night and came to fix it in the morning. When we returned, it worked for the first 15 minutes, then it disconnected again. We didn't bother bothering anyone because it was evening again, they wouldn't have been able to help us, and we were leaving the next morning);
3. The day before checkout, we arranged at reception to have a taxi called for us in the morning; we had to show up at reception 10 minutes early. In reality, they didn't call us a taxi. Because we were running, they said we could walk to the taxi station, but it was a 16-minute walk, and the train station was 20. We had to RUN to the train station with our suitcases. It was terrible, and we were very disappointed.
