Nice hotel, can see Mt Fuji just at the room window, great view. Can also see Mt Fuji when you go for onsen from the hotel.

The room is a comfortable size and offers a lovely view of Mount Fuji from the corner. It is clean and well equipped, with individual air-conditioning in the room. All the staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The hotel also has onsen facilities, including separate male and female as well as private onsen. Parking is available, located a short distance from the hotel.

This is a great onsen hotel right by the lake. You can see Mount Fuji directly from the breakfast restaurant, and the staff are very warm and attentive, patiently answering guests' questions. The hot springs are also excellent!

The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk to Lake Kawaguchiko. We chose a room with windows, and the hotel gave us a corner room, so the front window offered a perfect view of Lake Kawaguchiko, and the side window overlooked Mount Fuji. The hotel also has free hot spring baths, which was a nice bonus. We also booked breakfast and dinner, and they were quite good!

Love everything about the hotel except the dinner n breakfast. Do not like the pre-determined meal at all. No options and ended up nothing suits my kids n myself. Would have enjoy Mount Fuji lake Kawaguchiko more if i were to go for no meals included.

The hotel is old but clean and comfortable to sleep in. The bathroom amenities are still traditional. If you don't have a car, make sure you have everything you need, as it's a long walk to find the nearest restaurant and shops. We have a nice kawaguchiko lake view from the room.

I booked a mountain view room, and it indeed had a small balcony. As soon as you opened it, you could see Mount Fuji, although there was another building partially obstructing the view. Room was super nice and have the lake view. Location was super good for walking along the lake plus taking cable car. Dinner was so so but they offered us a compliment wine, it was a surprise. Souvenir shop had many offerings. Only drawback was the onsen at basement was a bit strange at nite.

This is a really old hotel, so it got that distinctive 'old house smell' which may not be pleasing to some people but its alright to us. This hotel is right next to the starting point of the Mount Fuji Marathon. It's super convenient because after checking out, you can still store your luggage and even take a free shower.
