The room is a comfortable size and offers a lovely view of Mount Fuji from the corner. It is clean and well equipped, with individual air-conditioning in the room. All the staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The hotel also has onsen facilities, including separate male and female as well as private onsen. Everything else was fine, and the location is right by Lake Kawaguchiko. The only thing I have to say is that they force you to pay a 150 JPY hot spring fee, whether you use it or not. There's no point in arguing about it, but this kind of mandatory charge feels a bit inappropriate, even if 150 JPY isn't much.
