Excellent service from hotel staff. My family stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and we really enjoyed our stay there. Special mention for the hotel staffs that came running to our car with their umbrella to shuttle us from the rain when we arrived. The view of Mt Fuji from our room is unforgettable.

This hotel in Malaysia offers a bus service to Kawaguchiko Station. Its location is directly facing Mount Fuji, allowing you to gaze at it 24/7! 😂
You can opt for a package that includes dinner and breakfast. While there aren't many restaurants or convenience stores nearby, the cuisine is traditional Japanese. Although the price is quite high, it's definitely worth it.

This hotel has an incredible view; you can see Mount Fuji clearly right across Lake Kawaguchiko. Onsen is really great. The service was also great, there are convenient shuttle to and from the station or sightseeing places around hote. It was my own mistake for not pre-ordering breakfast, and by the time I asked, it was too late. However, the staff kindly offered to drive me to a nearby convenience store instead. I will definitely be back if I have the chance.

I am so grateful to be able to book a room with Hotel New Century during our stay on 23/3-24/3/26. It was a great and wonderful experience for our family. We were warmed welcome by the staffs and were served with excellent food and services. We felt very satisfied with the dinner and breakfast that provided by the hotel and served by the staffs, especially I can’t forget the senior lady who served us, thank you very much for your kindness and hospitality service. We also felt very grateful and excited as the view from the hotel room was stunning, where we can view the Mt Fuji right infront of the room window, and it was so beautiful!! Thanks to the hotel for giving us an unforgettable memories, we will definitely come again and stay here, also we will recommend this hotel to my friends who will visit here.

Hotel New Century provides free shuttle service to & fro Kawaguchiko station. Do check with the hotel what is timing of the shuttle bus up to. You can go to the visitor centre to ask them to help you to call the hotel for its shuttle service but the visitor centre closes at 5pm.
Do check with the hotel staff on where you intend to visit. They can advise you on how to get there and they may have some discount vouchers for some of the nearby attractions.
There’s 2 onsens, which is alternate between the ladies and men at alternate timings, in the hotel.

This is a fantastic Japanese onsen hotel! The views of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchiko are stunning, and the staff are incredibly friendly. The shuttle service is very convenient, and I slept so well after a relaxing soak in the hot spring at night. 😊

Extremely satisfied and happy! From our window, we could see Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchiko right across. We even unexpectedly caught a fireworks show! The service was excellent. Will definitely book again next time.
