Bus stop located right in front of the hotel entrance however with very little frequency. Hotel does provide free shuttle service to and from Kawaguchiko station.

Good food and beautiful surroundings. Plus, you can lying in the onsen bathtub watching Fuji Moutain or the breath taking beautiful lake. We came here in 2014 and stayed one night

Made a side trip to stay at a ryokan during our March vacation. Super comfy and stunning place! Communication wise, there wasn't an issue. The staff spoke good English and were clear with their speech

The hotel arranged a very spacious room for me. The buffet dinner was incredibly rich and delicious, and there were free snacks and drinks in the lobby. It was also lovely to relax in the lobby during afternoon tea

The rooms feel slightly dated compared to newer resorts, but they are clean and more spacious than typical Japanese hotel rooms. Highly recommended if you want a peaceful onsen stay with iconic Mount Fuji scenery

Although this hotel is on the pricier side, the overall experience was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a station for the Fuji Lake sightseeing bus, making it easy to get around

The water temperature was perfect, keeping me warm in winter. I took a dip once at night and again in the early morning; the views were completely different. At night, it was all about quietly waiting for fireworks

But it turned out to be one of the most wonderful stays we’ve ever had on any of our trips to Japan. The resort has several staff members who speak Vietnamese, and they helped us so much

In winter, the indoor heating plus the hot spring water just elevated the feeling of bliss. The in-room hot spring experience (definitely a bonus!) was amazing

You get a full view of Mount Fuji right from the balcony window. The staff were super friendly, and they even had Chinese-speaking staff members. The hot springs on the fifth floor have both indoor and outdoor options

Mountain view room with an absolutely stunning view of Mount Fuji, and it's cheaper than nearby options. Parking is available and the service is excellent. The bathhouse is a bit small, though.

Since it wasn't peak season, it wasn't crowded and was very relaxing, with a sauna available. The hotel is quite a distance from Kawaguchiko Station, so getting around isn't very convenient without a shuttle bus

Nice balcony with Mount Fuji view, I added extra requirements for higher floor but the reception didn’t reserve the higher floor room for us. Besides the location is good, a bit far from Kawaguchiko station.

The hotel facilities are a bit old, but very clean. The quadruple room is actually a living room with two extra beds. The front desk staff speak good English, and the breakfast buffet was also very good

About a 15-minute walk from Kawaguchiko Station. The room was clean and comfortable, with a slight view of Mount Fuji from the room

The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They gave me a room facing Mr Fuji but alas it can't be seen due to snow storm during the weekend. We only managed to see it clearly on our departure date.

My daughter and I have just come off a two night stay here and absolutely loved this ryokan hotel! Before we even arrived, I was contacted about our travel plans and offered a free pick up from the station or elsewhere in the local area which was nice (wasn’t required though)

A free shuttle allows you to get to the bus station. The surroundings of the hotel are very pleasant and allow access to the lake. The traditional dinner and breakfast were really great

It is not worth the price you pay for the views. The views of Mt Fuji from the hotel is not great at all. There is the lake view though. I would rather pay additional $200 to get a better view and room if known earlier

We stayed for three days, and my family, especially the children, thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel. While the hotel is a bit far from the city center, we had a car, so it didn't bother us

The guesthouse owner lives in the quarantine house, which has free parking. The owner is very friendly and polite, and the house is fully equipped. Each room can accommodate 6-7 people.

The room also had a separate washing machine with dryer, which saved us the trouble of having to go elsewhere for laundry
