Hotels with pool in Karuizawa

Breakfast, Lounge access staff were all excellent! Special thanks to Miyata, the lady in short hair with black jacket and trousers. They were lovely and super helpful and friendly

Had a great time at this resort hotel! Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable! Had a great experience with all the ground staff

Room is spacious, comfortable beds. Location is a bit out of the popular area. It is fine if you are driving. Breakfast is nice with most things that you need. The onsen bath area also quite big with outside bath

Our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast spread was particularly rich and delicious! It was a very satisfying stay, and I would definitely choose this place again next time

Booked through Ctrip, so Marriott Bonvoy members can't earn points. You definitely need a car to get to attractions from the hotel. The room facilities are comprehensive

It's a bit of a drive to the scenic spots. Overall, the service was standard – no surprises, but no disappointments either.

perfect location for ski beginners hotel lobby provides lots of space at easy to loiter with kids free flow of coffee n soft drinks

We traveled to Karuizawa via Shinkansen, and just a five-minute walk from the JR Station, there’s a shuttle bus stop inside the shopping plaza. The hotel staff were very friendly, and check-in was smooth

Hotel is located about 15 mins from the train station. There’s shuttle bus provided every half hour from the station. Stores closes between 8-9pm so nothing much at night. Good for relaxation

The food was excellent, and the lobby offered free coffee and soft drinks, along with a large, charming stove to keep you warm on snowy days

The ski resort is just around the corner, with rental shops, a ski academy, and ski lifts all in the same area, making it very convenient

Hotel is just right next to the slopes, very suitable for families with children looking for a suitable place to stay for a ski trip

We stayed two nights (half board), the two fine-dining French dinners with local ingredients we had were superb. The courses served at the dinners didn’t have any repeat

Moth Here, first of all, the appearance was great and the feeling of jealousy rose It feels like a garden wedding, there is a courtyard and a lot of liberation feeling There was also video recording using a drone😆 The food is not a course, but it is a style that you can eat as much as you like, just what you like prepared by your chef in front of you Hokkaido's meat that we earnestly earnestly The...

excellent services, great food and great onsen. Very large room, staff are friendly.

Le Grand Karuizawa Hotel & Resort is a perfect place for great views, relaxation and luxury retreat. We stayed on the top of the resort where the view of the Asama Mountain is breathtaking. The room is spacious but cozy

😂😂😂 The room is huge; for this price point, it might just be the biggest room in all of Japan. The hotel is famous for its Western cuisine. Dinner and breakfast for three people only cost a little over 5000 RMB

I stay at this hotel every year. It has a traditional, old-world feel, with a quiet, private atmosphere. The hotel restaurant serves French cuisine, but reservations are required

I was worried of the quality due to how cheap the booking was. But I was genuinely surprised how neat the building, lobby, rooms and bathrooms were when we got there

The hotel was very quiet and the room was a good size for two people. There's also free parking outside the hotel, and the breakfast was delicious

Selected this hotel for 1 night stay. It is a simple hotel but there service was great

The transportation isn't super convenient, but everything else is great.

It's a bit far from the subway station, but everything else is good.

The room is a bit small, and dirts were found on the bedsheets, gave us a bad first impression. However, hot water and microwave are easily accessible, which is a plus for people who feel hungry at late night.

Very nice and clean place for the rest Location is convenient for shopping to

The bathtub and shower booth aren't the most user-friendly, but since there is a large public bath, I guess it's tolerable. (After a short shower, the sink flooded. You have to be careful where you point the shower

Located approx 20min walk from the station, but close to the old Ginza street. The rooms are a little old but well maintained. There is an indoor and outdoor onsen on the third floor and breakfast is very good.

Last year I stayed at the Hotel & Resort and it was great, so this year I chose the Kyu-Karuizawa location for its convenience. I was very satisfied with the clean rooms and the attentive service of the staff

There are popular soba restaurants and bakeries on Kyu-Karuizawa Ginza Street, so I decided to eat there, and the fact that this hotel was within walking distance was a deciding factor in my decision

The only downside is that the young female staff member who helped me check out was very brusque and didn't even smile, which left me feeling very disappointed when I left

Nice room but check in/checkout procedures were a little rigid

Really beautiful resort, love the free rental Onsen it’s really nice, if you don’t need room cleaning service you can get 2000yen coupon for souvenir shop. It’s close to the outlet only 10mins driving distance

They kindly upgraded our room on the day of arrival! The location was super convenient for getting anywhere, and my boyfriend and I really enjoyed the private bath, which had flexible hours

Beautiful hotel with very good breakfast. Location is good but it is not easy for senior because no elevator and also not easy to pull the suitcase from parking to main building.

There is a 7 eleven close to the hotel but need to be aware that the convenience store will be closed at 2300

The private hot spring bath in the hotel is a bit small, but the bathtub in the room is quite large.

Very spacy independent cottage. Free access to "Centre House", where you can enjoy breakfast, light meal, sweets, etc. Friendly staffs. I really enjoyed my stay and completely refreshed.

Six people used it: my son and his wife, a friend, and my wife and I. Each bedroom in the loft had a toilet and bath, and the main room had a Jacuzzi bath and a small open-air bath, which was very convenient

For the hot spring, I used the "Koyo-no-Yu" at Hotel West. We went for a walk along the forest promenade to the hot springs, and on the way back we used the hotel's car to pick us up

Pleasant climate, great shopping, dining, and entertainment options.

The service difference is pretty good, different from other hotels. Not only breakfast, afternoon tea, and wine are included, you can drink them at any time

Clean room, beautiful view, excellent service

Special thanks to the front desk staff—their attentiveness and readiness to assist us at any moment truly made our stay even more special. We will definitely be back again soon

The fresh salad, the toast, and refreshing apple juice created a simple yet unforgettable start to the day. These little moments are now some of our most cherished memories

Great service staff and hotel that gave an old school charm. Breakfast was a continental style set which was great. The room was dated but comfortable

We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of complimentary bottled water chilled in the refrigerator. Breakfast was absolutely a must-try

The room was quite spacious, even by Japanese standards for hotels. The environment was lovely, and it happened to snow during my stay, making the garden views absolutely beautiful!

The service is very polite, and the interesting old-fashioned key adds to its nostalgic charm. It is a bit pricey, though; weekday rates are much better!

We spent 2 nights in Prince after first 2 nights in Kusatsu onsen town

Nevertheless, the hotel's facilities delighted me immensely and I enjoyed the overall experience. The highlight of the hotel stay was the fantastic view of Asama in a high ceiling dining room with full glass window

Good service, excellent restaurant, good facilities. We and all our accompanies have a very good vacations in there, very nice...

It was low season and hotel was very quiet and had a "cold" atmosphere. I was further disappointed when we were shown our room which was on the lowest floor with a simple garden view

While I was happy to pay the fee, I can't help but compare their practice with all the hotels that I have stayed in all these years, where room changes were complimentary so long as the room type remains the same

Aside from Asama view in the outdoor onsens, there is a common lounge which has equally awesome view of Asama. We enjoyed our time soaking in onsen and resting in the lounge

You can also use the shuttle during your stay. We visited in December, which is the off season and the shuttle operated till 9pm and on demand as you needed it. I wouldn’t miss the carrot-apple juice every morning

The room was spacious and the service was excellent. The location was also very convenient. I'm extremely satisfied! 👍

The room terrace during the autumn foliage season is truly dreamlike, beautiful in different ways both at night and during the day! It's worth coming just for the terrace and garden alone! A special highlight was leaving a note on Trip

However, the service was outstanding. We requested assistance a few times, and every issue was addressed promptly. A special shout-out goes to the breakfast. I particularly enjoyed the seasonal main course: sesame udon

Nice and cozy hotel, the service was very good thought not excellent, and the limousine service is very convenient and friendly to use. However, the room deco was kind of outdated and show some wear and tear

The only minor drawback is that there was a noticeable humming sound in the room, whether it was the heater or some other machine running. It was loud enough that I could still hear it even with earplugs in

During the day, we rode bikes or walked around, enjoying the cool 26-degree breeze of Karuizawa's summer! I've been to Japan many times, but this time, finding Willie's Hotel felt familiar and welcoming

We brought our child to a nearby summer camp and stayed at Willie's Hotel for six nights. The hotel owner and friendly staff helped us pick up and drop off our child at the camp

The nearby tranquil park, the exquisite and unique houses, the amazing century-old trees, the babbling brooks in the forest, and the pink and purple sunsets in the evening

This small but charming hotel is within walking distance of Naka-Karuizawa Station and the Stone Church, in a very quiet and pleasant environment

Every morning, we were nourished by a delicious breakfast in the warm morning light

Breakfast is excellent with fresh ingredients and cozy environment. Staff is super nice and helpful and provide extra ordinary service than expected. Highly recommend.

It's about a 10-minute walk from the station, or a 1000 JPY taxi ride. Kumoba Pond is also within walking distance

The room was super spacious, and the breakfast was delicious.

The food was delicious, and everything was explained thoroughly. The room was also very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Thank you very much! It was wonderful, I'd love to stay again.

This time, I accidentally left a sweater behind. When I contacted the hotel to pick it up on my way back from Kusatsu, I saw staff members in the rain wiping guests' suitcases with towels – very impressive! 👍

The staff were polite, and the room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The two beds pushed together made for a huge sleeping area, perfect for our 3 and 5-year-olds to share. Plus, parking is free!

It is 3 mins by walk away from a big supermarket and McDonald, very convenient if you like to cook and buy something to eat on your own Cons 1. Facilities are old, WiFi was down few times during our stay 2

Conveniently located, only 10 minutes to the outlet! The environment and facilities are very beautiful! Spacious venue with great views! However, the service still has room for improvement, such as the lack of a send-off service and the lack of towels provided in the spa area

The room was huge with a living room and plenty of space for my youngest to roam around, Staff was polite and explain to us in details during checked in, The onsen (both indoor and outdoor) was modern and relaxing Breakfast had vast varieties of food to choose from The only cons was we were given a room on the far end of the corridor and it did took about 5mins walk from the room to the open bath...

Although the breakfast restaurant is small, it is very well arranged, which shows that the service is of high quality! To take a hot spring bath, you need to bring your room card and towel! The temperature is just right, and it’s especially comfortable outside!

I wanted to visit the Shiraito waterfall and snow in Karuizawa so i thought it's a good chance to stay in a nice resort if it's not so expensive and Lucky I found this property which i think the price was reasonable and my experience from this stay was so enjoyable

The room is very big although it is a short walk from the station But the hotel has a shuttle bus, you can ask There are too many people for breakfast, so you have to queue up, but the food is delicious

The hotel has shuttle service to Karuizawa station or about 15 mins walk. The room was big and in Japanese style super cozy and the balcony allowed me to see the snow outside

The warm mug was a thoughtful touch. I never expected hotel coffee to be on par with an independent coffee shop; it added a bright, pleasant surprise to my stay. I'd definitely come back again just for this coffee

The coffee here was an unexpected delight! The beans had a rich aroma and a smooth taste, with a perfect balance of acidity and bitterness. A cup in the morning really woke me up for a lazy travel day

Delighted with this small hotel near old Ginza Karuizawa. Merely 8 minutes walk to the church shopping street. 3 minutes drive from Karuizawa station. Hotel is clean and toiletries well provided

A 25-minute walk from my accommodation, there's a large drugstore (the Japanese name in the picture is missing, I can't pronounce it). There's a decent public bathhouse where you can soak

That night, I bought Nissin instant noodles from the counter, drank some Calpis, and went to sleep. The staff were quite friendly, and the room had both air conditioning and heating

It's a bit far from the station; I walked here myself. Karuizawa was very quiet and deserted at night
