The room was huge with a living room and plenty of space for my youngest to roam around,
Staff was polite and explain to us in details during checked in,
The onsen (both indoor and outdoor) was modern and relaxing
Breakfast had vast varieties of food to choose from

The only cons was we were given a room on the far end of the corridor and it did took about 5mins walk from the room to the open bath onsen

I wanted to visit the Shiraito waterfall and snow in Karuizawa so i thought it's a good chance to stay in a nice resort if it's not so expensive and Lucky I found this property which i think the price was reasonable and my experience from this stay was so enjoyable. The hotel has shuttle service to Karuizawa station or about 15 mins walk. The room was big and in Japanese style super cozy and the balcony allowed me to see the snow outside. The food was great. For those who think of visiting Karuizawa from Japan I suggest you stay for a night.

It is 10 minutes away from Karuizawa Station, very convenient!
The hotel is a large hot spring resort club, mostly inhabited by Japanese. Although the breakfast restaurant is small, it is very well arranged, which shows that the service is of high quality!
To take a hot spring bath, you need to bring your room card and towel! The temperature is just right, and it’s especially comfortable outside!

Conveniently located, only 10 minutes to the outlet! The environment and facilities are very beautiful! Spacious venue with great views! However, the service still has room for improvement, such as the lack of a send-off service and the lack of towels provided in the spa area.

The hotel facilities are very complete, there is a microwave in the room, the children especially like the tatami and outdoor balcony, where you can see the scenery
The hotel also has free hot spring bathing, which is very good

The hotel is in a very convenient location, well maintained, beautiful environment, comfortable rooms, and a very rich and delicious breakfast. I plan to stay there again on my next family trip. It is a hotel worth recommending.

Worth recommending 👍🏻, the family room is very large, and it is very comfortable and satisfying after soaking in the hot spring. There is no convenience store near the hotel. If you want to buy some food at the station, you will not be afraid of being hungry at night.
