The facilities are great, and everything is very clean. The Pearl Hot Spring gets a big thumbs-up! In the evening, there was a bonfire in the garden where you could roast marshmallows, and you could also lie on a sofa or in a hammock to gaze at the starry sky. We even caught a glimpse of fireworks.

Upon arriving at Toba Station a little past 6 PM, we couldn't locate the hotel shuttle bus as advised by the guide. Nice hotel, room spacious but a bit old.

When I arrived at the hotel, there was no one there to guide me, which was confusing. The food and facilities were fine, so it was a shame.

It had been renovated and was very clean. There was also a wide variety of food. We got free ramen as a late-night snack, which was a great deal.

The staff were very helpful. The rooms were clean, and the kids loved the fireworks at night. The food was delicious, too. I'd definitely like to stay here again next year.

The price was very reasonable, especially considering the time of year, which I liked! I was a little bothered by the conversations people were making in the hallway that were getting into my room! The food selection is wide, but I wish it was of high quality. I'm not happy with cheap and bad food anymore. The bath water was lukewarm. I'd like a sink and bubbles. Overall it was good!

The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to and from Toba Station every hour and half hour, though the last one departs at 6:00 PM. The Harbor rooms offer beautiful sunrise views every morning, and the hot spring, with its unique pearl powder, is quite special.

The room we were shown to was a little small and inconvenient, but the teppanyaki food was fantastic, both in taste and the chef's performance, giving us the impression of a "teppanyaki restaurant where you can stay overnight."

We stayed in a sea-view room, which was spacious and bright, with soft and comfortable bedding; attention to detail was evident throughout. The bathroom was clean and tidy, with plenty of hot water—a relaxing soak after a long day was incredibly soothing. The hotel was very quiet, perfect for a relaxing vacation. The breakfast was plentiful.

This was my second time staying at this inn, and it was close to the Naiku Shrine, so I decided to stay here. This was my first time visiting the Naiku Shrine early in the morning. I was able to relax and enjoy my time here.

The spacious parking was a big plus! The room was also very large and relaxing, and I was lucky to get one with a nice view. It was great that the lounge offered free alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, and snacks. The only downside was the limited hairdryer space in the women's changing room at the underground public bath, which led to some waiting.

This hotel offers a free shuttle service to/from Ugata Station. The rooms are comfortable and the service is warm and attentive! The breakfast spread is also extensive. I suggest the hotel post the specific station for the shuttle service on their website so guests know beforehand (we only found out which station to go to for the shuttle after emailing the hotel).

There is no bathroom in the room; you have to shower in the shared bathroom, which might be inconvenient if you are traveling with young children.

There are so many things to do in this resort that you will not feel bored and just stay in the room. To name a few, they have a golf course, a marina, a tennis court, yoga area, stargazing at night, and bonfire at night where you can roast marshmallows, have tea or coffee.

The Nemu Resort Hotel is a great quiet place to be secluded from the ruckus of a major city. Lovely place just to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings.

The location is great. Unfortunately, the filter for the air purifier in the room was full of mold, so I had it replaced, but it was still full of mold.

We stayed here as a group of four, including three adult friends and one four-year-old child. The pool can be used until 6pm on the same day and from 10am to 2pm the following day for an additional fee, and there was a jet relaxation corner in the indoor heated pool, so it was very refreshing. The hot spring afterwards was free and fun.
