Wonderful ryoken with amazing meals

Beautiful classic guesthouse with amazing service and great food. The price is a steal! We had ~10 people staying there for running around the lake, and the hotel graciously set out a table and tent to hold our drinks. What hospitality!

Stayed here for work for 3 nights and absolutely loved it! When I'm in the area again for work, I am definitely coming back. This hotel is a destination in itself! It's absolutely stunning in autumn. The breakfast and dinner, a creative fusion of Japanese and Western cuisine, were delicious.
