We chose this facility because it had a large kids' area. In fact, our child played in the kids' park until the very last minute, and we were able to let him play plenty inside the facility as well. The hot springs were incredibly clean. The open-air bath overlooking the mountain stream was very relaxing. The rooms were also clean and comfortable.

I stayed in a twin room on September 1, 2025. It was very busy with tourists, and the front desk was congested. The food buffet was more about quantity than quality, so I ended up overeating. Nice hotel with beautiful hot springs. Both dinner and breakfast were great, although quite a lot of people. Also, it’s a family hotel, so if you don’t like being surrounded by children, cannot recommend.

The price seemed a little high because it was summer vacation, and the room was small and not very nice.

The rooms come with kitchens. The annex has a spa and pool, making it easy to get around. There are no convenience stores nearby, so you'll need to buy food at the station. Tokyu Resort across the street is a 5-minute walk away. You can eat desserts and pizza toast at the cafe until 4pm.

The restaurant and front desk staff provided the best hospitality. I was a little disappointed that the massage machine in the relaxation area near the bath and the coffee in the lobby had to be paid for, but I was satisfied because the staff were so friendly.

The hotel is 70 years old, but it doesn't look that old; it must have been renovated. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious, and the restaurant is large, offering a wide variety of food, including king crab for dinner. It was fantastic, and the staff were very attentive and polite.

I stayed in the new building, so the building was very clean and I was satisfied, and the bath was great, but the food was catastrophic. If I stay again, I would like to stay without meals, but there is no plan for that. I hope they will offer something a little better, taking inspiration from Taki no Yu.

I love the room, very spacious, great view and stylish. Good was good too! Many choices and breakfast was good as well. I was sick before I went to bed and asked for a thermometer and they let us use one. Amazing! I’ll definitely come back with my sister and nephew! What a very special place. An oasis of peace and tranquility. Beautiful staff, wonderful onsens and unbelievably good food. What more could you want from life!? The rooms were also beautifully done. This onsen ryokan was the most charming and lovely of all the inns we stayed at during our 3-week trip to Japan. The indoor and outdoor baths were wonderful, and the food was absolutely delicious. The inn itself was so very charming, we only wished that we had scheduled more time to enjoy it. Definitely recommend!

This is a traditional hot spring inn. The rooms are clean and the Japanese-style futons are heavy and sturdy, allowing for a good night's sleep. The hot springs are open 24 hours a day, so you can bathe at any time. It was a luxury to have the small open-air bath all to myself. There were times when the wifi was difficult to connect to.

Highly recommended, a traditional Japanese hotel with a beautiful Japanese garden near the reception. We also enjoyed a traditional multi-course dinner – very impressive! Pleasant music plays from speakers in the hallways.

We spent just one night in this typical Japanese ryokan with the half board option. We only had dinner because breakfast was at 8 (ok, traditions but it's still a holiday!!). Very friendly staff and more or less pleasant dinner. We didn't appreciate the futon, uncomfortable and not compatible with my back pain. Nice experience in the onsen.
