Nice hotel with beautiful hot springs. Both dinner and breakfast were great, although quite a lot of people. Also, it’s a family hotel, so if you don’t like being surrounded by children, cannot recommend.

This is a popular hotel that is always fully booked. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of dishes and is delicious. And although the bath isn't particularly large, I love the panoramic view from the top floor!

The rooms come with kitchens. The annex has a spa and pool, making it easy to get around. There are no convenience stores nearby, so you'll need to buy food at the station. Tokyu Resort across the street is a 5-minute walk away. You can eat desserts and pizza toast at the cafe until 4pm.

The restaurant and front desk staff provided the best hospitality. I was a little disappointed that the massage machine in the relaxation area near the bath and the coffee in the lobby had to be paid for, but I was satisfied because the staff were so friendly.

This hotel is a destination in itself! It's absolutely stunning in autumn. The breakfast and dinner, a creative fusion of Japanese and Western cuisine, were delicious. Staying for two consecutive nights even gets you a complimentary lunch. The hot springs are relaxing and offer beautiful views, and the service is incredibly thoughtful. It's one of the few hotels I genuinely want to stay at again.

Very good cost-performance with a great onsen, nice breakfast and dinner buffets. The room is nice and spacious with a well-working heat system. We are here in winter and it’s conveniently located within ~40 car minutes from several good ski resorts.

Beautiful classic guesthouse with amazing service and great food. The price is a steal! We had ~10 people staying there for running around the lake, and the hotel graciously set out a table and tent to hold our drinks. What hospitality!
